If anything I would say that the steep climb to the beach was a negative. I was physically unable to do it. But that is a very generic, individual opinion.

We cannot think of a single thing that was not far above any expectation we had. Simply amazing!

This is an absolutely unforgettable place. The room was very clean and beautiful with a fantastic view. The outdoor fire pit and the path down to the ocean were so fun. The breakfasts were simply amazing and very generous. Ken, Dani and Shawn were above kind and always available and accommodating often going far above and beyond. We truly cannot say enough good about this stay. Definitely one of our favorite places. We cannot wait to come back.

Breakfast was homemade gourmet by the hosts. Very tasty and filling. Lots of variety in breakfast foods and each guest asked for their preferences. Rooms have ocean and beach view and it's an easy walk to the beach. Friendly hosts with easy check in.

The host was exceptional. Their priority was making sure everything was perfect for our stay. They notified us ahead of time that our room was ready early if we would like to check in early. We were able to check in 2 hrs early. The breakfast we were served in the morning was 5 star. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, immaculate, and quiet. Each room has an ocean view and a fireplace. Our stay was so memorable that we wouldn't ever consider staying someplace else in Newport.

The location and views were beautiful, the staff were so welcoming and i instantly felt at home. For the breakfast i had no expectations but they went above and beyond from the table settings to the beautifully prepared food. Everything was so thoughtful.

Honestly, there wasn't much not to like. I was comfortable. My husband and I are more introverted. We didn't like the idea of dining at a table with a bunch of strangers but the owners accommodated that and let us eat outside with ocean view.

I really liked the private access to the beach and the cleanliness . The owners were extremely nice. They only wanted to make the best for the guests and I could tell. They accommodated our needs and wants. Funny story here , I never actually stayed at a b&b before and actually accidentally booked this stay. But no regrets, just new experiences. They cook breakfast and serve you each morning. It's wonderful.

Fabulous B&B The view from the window was breathtaking! The decor in the room and the house was beautiful and the place was spotless!!!!!! The owners greeted me like I was family and treated me like I was royalty! The breakfast was absolutely delicious 👌 The amenities were perfect.....the shower pressure outstanding, the backyard with the fire pit, the private access to the beach was all amazing!!!!!! They even had homemade cookies during the stay!!!! This place is like a slice of heaven!!! We stayed two nights......the second morning we needed to leave early.....and they immediately offered to make us a breakfast to go!!!!! This operation is a class act. I HIGHLY recommend staying here! Wish I didn't have to leave!!!!
