All the riff raff that goes on in the back parking lot, (drugs, prostitution)the police busting into the room next to us,

The closeness to the beach, the pool was nice and clean, the staff was friendly

My main door was broke, waited over two hours for toiletries, and the back was very terrible as far as traffic and drug addicts

I did not like this hotel! The price we was charged was not worth what we got! Our room stated oceanfront in which I was thinking I would be able to see the ocean from my room which was not the case. Our room was extremely hot when we arrived but the maintenance man gave us his personal fan to use in which we appreciate! There was a lot of prostitution and drug sells in the open. The room stated no smoking but my bathtub had burn marks all around it. We got a two bedroom in which only one room had a tv. We only had a mini refrigerator and a microwave. The pool was sandy and no area to wash sand off. Will NOT be coming back!

The sheets are hard everything looks very dirty from the shower curtain down. Me and my husband planed to stay for 3 days and only stayed one it’s is very uncomfortable, not family friendly at all

They gave us the wrong room! There’s leftover pizza in the oven from the previous guest. There’s stain in the bed and when we asked for an extra room they gave the room that was not cleaned.

The Wi-Fi didn't work good at all I don't know if it was the location of my room or the Wi-Fi individual now it's clean and up-to-date as it was in the pictures a laundry room can be updated or you soon work

The phone was ready and didn't take all day to 3 and 4:00 to be done from that service was reliable not aggravating or confusing or rude

The hotel is okay. The refrigerator is so small the stoves only 1 of the things worked the others were broken. Theres no house keeping what so ever you have to do your own beds and cleaning while youre there. The bathroom do not have curtains.

It really needs a good renovation. I opened the door to go sit on the balcony & the whole bottom part of the door broke off. There was people smoking weed all over the place. We couldn’t find the remote to the tv. Me & my daughter ended up leaving because we just didn’t feel safe stayin there. Told the guy at the front desk about the door & he said he’d have to replace it but didn’t even offer us another room. I mentioned for me to just get my money back & he said they didn’t do refunds.

At first I was afraid of the area. Intimidated of getting robed or something. However, no one bothered us. Beds were comfy, but jut a blanket and sheets. The lights at pool blinded our eyes when on balcony at night. No room services. Had to go to office to ask for something. No phone in room. High taxes and fees, about 200.00 worth for 4 nights no elevators

Liked the ocean front view The room was clean, and no bugs… as far as I can tell… staff was nice .
