Good location, close to attractions in Hollywood. Clean tidy room, comfortable. Owner gave good advice on attractions in LA, also nearby cafe and supermarket.

The parking situation was frustrating. Maybe I’m too used to places where parking is a part of the stay, but we had to pay $20/day and park at a gas station 2 busy crosswalks away. But atleast it was an option. Cause street parking was nonexistent. The sink in the bathroom was “fancy” but there was no water pressure and it felt like the faucet was going to just pop off.

It was well maintained. The courtyard off my room was beautiful. The building appeared to be loved by the owners. You can tell they try to keep it up and make it feel comfortable and nice. It was very close to the walk of fame! We got a discount at a nearby coffee shop and market for staying at this hotel.

Parking was 20$ and had to walk about 5 to 10 minutes away from the hotel to the parking area by chevron gas.

The bed was probably the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, but keeping in mind the price and location we decided it was ok. The parking is slightly off property at a nearby gas station. Our car was safe at the gas station for the 4 night stay, but I was slightly worried about damage or a break in. Ended up being fine but not exactly an ideal parking situation, would have been nice to know this detail beforehand.

The location is amazing just blocks away from the Hollywood bowl and the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The free soap could have been larger, it's an older hotel with small rooms. But for me and for the price it was near perfect. I have stayed in Hollywood before several times in Air B & Bs but for the quality and convenience this was better.

Friendly staff and caring staff, location was perfect for my visit, room was exactly what I needed for my brief stay and lots of great restaurants and attractions close by.

I'm a little confused about what I was charged at the property versus what booking gave me as my total...

I really enjoyed our stay there. It was clean, the staff was super nice, and the price was not bad for our accommodations, we got 2 rooms that where attached for $146.00, per booking. It was nice, quiet and right by Hollywood Blvd!

Not perfectly spotless but all in working order.

Perfect location for Hollywood sites, Griffith Park, Hollywood Bowl. Easy on and off freeway. Nice older hotel not renovated but quite charming. A good value for great location.

Our bed only had a thin sheet so I was pretty cold both nights. Would have preferred a proper duvet. Bed was hard & worried I wouldn’t sleep but was actually ok. Room is dated but when we arrived, staff were painting so think they are in the process of sprucing it up.

The location to Hollywood boulevard was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Full fridge in the room.

Parking situation was weird, homeless man was washing his feet on the front step when we were returning, mainly just in a bad area but not really the hotels fault.

The only thing that I gotta mention is that the hotel and neighborhood seem a little unsafe for families. we did not face any problems but you know some homeless are around which would be a potential danger for everyone.

Honestly, the hotel's location was awesome. It's pretty close to the Walk of Fame, near Hollywood. That is the best thing about this hotel (9.5/10). Accessibility to grocery stores and cafes is also reliable. They are 1 or 2 minutes at most away (10/10). About cleanness and facilities, it is acceptable. you get what you paid for. Not exceptionally clean but it did not bother us (7/10). Parking is in the gas station, 2 minutes away by walk which was not that bad (7/10).
