It’s very dated, not sure if there was WiFi, no mobile phone charging facilities (bar a regular socket), no area to sit and relax after a long walk (bar a small area in reception). The restaurant/main bar needs you in evening attire which isn’t practical throughout the day. Had to remind the Hotel staff to leave shampoo and shower gel each morning and even then not the best given the overall cost.

The location was excellent with a view second to none.

Swimming pool was kept very hot. It’s an exercise pool not a spa pool.

All round great experience. Very comfortable suite with attentive staff to assist. Great park views and quiet.

No Problems I spend about 2 months in the US every year , and have noticed many properties have let their standards slip, whether by deliberate cost cutting or the challenge of staffing I can honestly say that the standard of the Trump NY remains exceptional

Have stayed many times before and it is nice to see familiar faces when you check in , feel like coming home Nothing is ever too much trouble , they are always cleaning the hotel and room It was 100degrees on our visit and it was refreshing to come back and use the pool in the spa We also like the shops just across the street at Columbus circle , especially Wholefoods where we can get fresh food At any time of the year it is relaxing to be able to cross the street and go for a walk in Central Park The in room safe is extra large so can put all personal effects in

One of very, very few hotels in New York that actually keep the standard of the 5 star hotel. Very professional staff, very clean rooms, tea and coffee facilities in the room (rare in other 5 stars hotel in NYC), evening turn down service (almost non existent in other 5 star hotels in NYC). Very good gym facilities. And of course amazing location.

Room was a bit noise (presumably due to ongoing renovation) and some of the towels and bed linens we received were dirty.

Hadnt realised the building was undergoing renovation so accessing the entrance was a problem. The "put up" sofa bed for our grandaughter was very uncomfortable and she didnt sleep well on either night. It should be replaced.

Good spa and pool even tho it probably could do with a refurb . Nevertheless, it was very pleasurable and excellent steam room. Our room was just fine with a fabulous view over the park.

Amazing location right on the corner of central park, every single staff member was friendly and cortious down to the maid that cleaned the room. Everythi g was handled for us , extremely clean room and well maintained facility

Suite was a little smaller than expected, but had an additional full kitchen.

Location right on Central Park, subway station 30 Seconds from Lobby. 4 Minutes by Subway from 42nd St. so perfect for people going to a show. Service and Staff was exceptional and friendly. Nougatine excellent.

The property is in an excellent location and the staff made you feel so welcome from check in to check out. Will definitely stay there next time in NY

Loved our room very nice and bright. Fitness centre was excellent. Pool was a little on the too salty side for a swimmer to put their face in but got used to it. Water temperature was lovely. Staff were nice especially the doorman. He was hilarious. There was a fire while we were there but it was dealt with professionally by the fire brigade and staff. The restaurant and bar staff were also fantastic.
