Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There were no drawers in the room so you had to live out of your suitcase. Definitely not enough storage for two travelers even though this was a king room. The room above us had a dog that would bark from time to time, and the room next door would keep their TV on loudly until 11pm every night despite posted quiet hours starting at 10pm. No coffee makers in the room; I had a work meeting and could not leave to go all the way down to the lobby to get more coffee during the day. It's an industry trend these days, but there was no housekeeping UNLESS you asked for it or stayed longer than 3 days. Also the poor desk clerk seemed to be in charge of breakfast also so they were stretched really thin in the mornings. Hotels should staff better instead of trying to get by on bare minimum.
The room was tidy and clean, the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was great! I liked the soap and shampoo, they smelled really great. Coffee available 24/7 in the lobby was really appreciated. Breakfast had options for everyone. The room window had a light-blocking shade which was very much appreciated, and there were no extra lights or anything in the room that were annoying while trying to sleep. Ample power, including USB plugs everywhere - very much appreciated since we had a lot of electronics.

There was construction on the property which made it difficult getting in and out. This should’ve been noted was happening when booking. It wasn’t as clean as the last time we stayed there. Noticed there was quite a few places that needing cleaning (corners of bathroom). Breakfast was good / but could’ve had more options. Market for aspirin was crazy priced. Our lights went out randomly twice.
The pool table brought lots of entertainment. Like they had a swimming pool and the breakfast was decent. The gym was amazing. Way bigger and more offered than originally thought. Love the refill ice/water station right off the elevator.

The mold on the shower door, no microwave in the room. Not near the beach, not the beds weren’t Hilton quality.
Breakfast was ok. Always ready and hot. I like how we didn’t hear much from the neighborhood.

Pillows in room 216 were too soft, old and needed to be replaced. Room was opposite elevator and at 6AM early bird people using it would set off the bell indicating the doors were opening. Only one ice machine in the whole place.
Breakfast was very good. Location was central and convenient. Hotel was fairly new, clean and staff was accommodating. Pool table in lobby was fun.

I booked the hotel bc it had a no pet policy listed on the website which I quickly found was NOT TRUE. That was very disappointing bc I booked the property for that reason . Also I was told there would be an extra $50 per night deposit added to my reservation price which was not listed on the website . I booked the hotel for 10 nights .That would have added $500 hold on my bank card . Very disappointing.
Very clean .. nice breakfast area .. loved that the hotel was non-smoking . Also it was as fun playing pool in the lobby area.

Overcharged me. Booked through Booking.com and price should have been what was quoted at $114, instead they charged me $165.

For the amount we paid for the room it should’ve had microwave in the room, and the breakfast could have been better, I mean cold hard boiled eggs, no bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and no cereal etc.
It was very clean, smelled good, and beds were very comfortable.

It was pretty easy to spot where corners had been cut on the renovation. The pool was tiny.
