Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

SingaporeFelt old, and always got to walk through the casino to the lift lobby. Can smell the smoky carpet smell. But the hotel room is very clean and well kept.

CanadaThe cigarette smell of the lobby and the hallways is a bit much after a few days. We stayed for six nights and the last two days, I felt like the smell was getting at me a bit. Also, as a rule of thumb in all Las Vegas hotels, no kettle in the room! They ask for 20$ per each pot of hot water, which was a big NO! The cafe is an acceptable option but it closes very early so no hot drinks (except for overpriced Starbucks downstairs) after 3pm.
It’s a great location, decently clean, and with a nice pool to hang around during the warm days. We asked for a quiet room and were given one in the upper floors which was super nice! The self check-in and check-out was very convenient. We could also walk along the strip as it was close enough and within the walking distance of all the good attractions, as well as the supermarkets and some good eateries. I had a positive experience overall!

Saudi ArabiaNo complimentary water or coffee machine. The express check-in was a disappointment as they do not accept Apple pay which is the card I used when I booked. I had to get into a long line and check-in with the front desk instead. I'd recommend adding apple pay for check-in.
Location is excellent. The Bellagio, the Venetian, the Caesar's Palace, the Linq Promenade and the sphere were all within 15 mins walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the free self-parking.

Italyvery long line up for check in at desk so we were sent to the self-check. Unfortunately it was a complicated self check-in system, too many steps and it wasn't European friendly (difficvulty to recognie address, telephone, postal code...),. The safety deposit box was non -fubctional, we waited 60 minutes for repair, no one from the maintenance /repair department showed up hence we lost the only oportunity we had to use the pool (which closed at 8:00 pm)

United StatesThe check-in staff were not helpful at all. Don’t be fooled by the “breakfast included” packages. I paid almost double the price of a normal room rate for a 3-night stay because it was advertised on Booking.com as including breakfast. We were a family of four, but they only provided breakfast for 2 adults—and only for one day. The worst part was when they denied breakfast for my kids right in front of them, which really ruined the start of our family vacation and made us all feel disappointed. Other than that, everything else was fine. The building is old but well maintained and kept clean. The casino is smaller compared to competitors, but still decent. Overall, it was a good stay except for the misleading breakfast deal, which left us with a very negative impression.

NetherlandsIt felt like the casino element of the hotel could be updated. It's never as busy as neighbouring ones it felt. But we loved it none the less.
Large and clean rooms. Comfy beds. We loved all the facilities including the huge pool outside. Free parking was also a plus. Great location on the Strip.

United StatesThe only complain I have was, that I booked a room for 2 people with breakfast. I paid extra for the breakfast. It was a two night stay. I only got 2 vouchers (1 voucher is for one breakfast and one person). When I went back to the desk and asked to get 2 more, they told me I only get 1 for each day. So I paid for 2 nights including breakfast for two people and only got breakfast vouchers for 1 night. To say I was flabbergasted does not even cover how I felt. Hotel was super nice, but I learned my lesson to never ever book breakfast with them again.
I really liked the hotel, the pool and the location. The room was quiet, clean and close to everything. The staff was very helpful at any time.
