Great hotel for families. Excellent location with everything in walking distance. Directly on beach, great food and excellent service. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Especially John! He was always smiling and had great recommendations. We live in Florida so getting around is not a problem however for a family flying in from out of town, this is a great place to stay with literally everything you need in walking distance. Restaurants, Publix, Walgreens etc.

$17 for a pour of Knob Creek is very excessive. I spent $12 at Middle Grounds the day before. Their pour was bigger.PS YES, I’m a bourbon snob

Missed cleaning room one day. We never left for pool/beach before 11 am, so could have been our bad.

Room was very nice. Loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the nights. The Pool area had plenty of lounges and umbrellas, plus food/beverage service. Beach was nice, though a bit of a walk to(more than I'm used to). After, seeing, it's a Sea Turtle nesting area, I'm more than happy to walk further :) . When we arrived 4 hours early, gentleman in the parking lot, directed us where to go, met us and escorted us to the front desk. They said our room was READY and we could check in! He took us up, gave us some restaurant ideas, told us about fresh cookies from 4-6 in lobby. Totally enjoyed our stay and interaction with everyone we encountered or dealt with. Had a Great Time. Great Place.

I wished the rooms had laundry, but there was a coin operated laundry on site. Would be nice if they had a separate pool for diaper aged kids.

Great location, right on the waterfront with spectacular view of the Gulf. On site restaurants had fresh food, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were done up daily, very clean.

Hard to complain about it but the food service at the pool was a little slow.

Very clean, bright and comfortable. All staff, from manager to maintenance, were super friendly. Enjoyed lying out by the pool and grabbing a drink and app at the surf bar. The bed and pillows were probably the best we’ve ever encountered.

Football in the pool area but not hotels fault

Beautiful property; rooms spacious; clean. Kitchenette; great balconies. The hotel is a good walk to the beach. The people who work there super nice. The pool is small and not that relaxing with footballs whizzing by your head. You see a lot of poor parenting or no parenting I should say. Saw a couple women almost duke it out over one of the women almost hit a 2 year old in the face

The restaurant food was good but not great. Except for our morning cappuccinos which honestly were some of the best we ever had.

We loved the staff, overall cleanliness was exceptional. Our room had an an amazing gulf front view and balcony with rocking chairs and small table. Plenty of comfy seating in the living room and large TV. Kitchen was very handy, nicely equipped and seating for 4. The bedroom was very spacious and had 2 queen beds which were amazingly comfortable with great pillows. Our room had one of the prettiest bathrooms with a wonderful spa-like feel. It was also spacious, allowing 2 people to get ready at once. Poolside service was great, even down to the young man handing out towels and helping us with the gate when our hands were full. The beach was very nicely maintained.

The restaurant service was HORRIBLE!!! Food was good but very understaffed. Also, the hotel was never locked to outsiders. There were locals using the pool.

The rooms were great!! We faced the pool terrace and it was lovely. Blocked the wind. Very quiet at night.

The cost of our stay was a little pricey. After taxes we paid $650 a night (not counting food, extras). Also, the air conditioner was very loud, it woke us up at night each time it clicked on.

The entire property was beautiful, well taken care of. The staff was very accommodating and positive/polite.
