They need to do some work on our room. The lock on the door was broken and needed repair. There were two hangers and that was it. The front desk did not have any more.

Non smoking room had burn hole in the blanket. Very uncomfortable bed. Other guest smoking on walkway outside room that the AC unit sucked right into the room. Can hear every thing in the next room with connecting door closed. Supper steep stairs that made it extremely difficult to get bags upstairs. Very dangerous staircase

Asked for Non-smoking , got a smelling smoking room. Doors hard to close on Bathroom, Guy using a leaf blower Am in morning, unnecessary in the morning. I guess away to get you up and gone.

The cable did not work at all we could not watch TV. There was basically nothing for breakfast. For a 200$ room it could be better. There was a 60$ deposit due when I got there even though I paid for the room in full online before I got there. They only leave you one serving of coffee in the room. I really feel like we should have been given a discount due to the tv

The air was not running upon entry, and the room smelled really bad. Once the air started circulating, it was much better. The bed was not comfortable, but we just needed a place to crash for one night. Shower was a little complicated to maneuver because the handle was so loose.

Loved that we were able to get a room last minute since the football game had the entire city sold out. The location was fantastic, and it seemed pretty quiet as far as we could tell. Got very cold, which is what we love. Check in was quick and easy. Mini-fridge was a plus.

Booking.com says pay at property but they charged my card and then in order to keep our rooms we had to pay for the rooms again!! Took 2 weeks to get our money back from them.

Description and pictures were wrong. there was no hot tub bath or coffee maker and the beds were very uncomfortable. The shower head was garbage and the on/off knob was not there. There was not any literature showing where stuff was located on the property or near the motel. Prices were a lil high for the condition of the rooms.

Had problems with the TV when turned on. Had to reset the cable box each time to be able to watch. We were told the room we stayed in hadn't any occupants in awhile. Staff had to do a quick wipe down in the bathroom and the towels were not fresh. You can tell the towels had been sitting in the bathroom for awhile. Housekeeping did not come to clean or replace used towels.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel. The location was perfect. Close to my daughter's home and easy access on the interstate and restaurants. The room and beds were comfortable since we stayed when a cold front came through. Room was very warm.

There was an odor, the rails for the stairs you are forced to use were wobbly, and the pillows were horrid.

The bed was wonderful and the shower set up well.

$30 extra for 1 pet is ridiculous. Also almost got scalded because could not turn hot water down I. Shower.

Rooms are dated, terrible odors like cigarettes and rotten cabbage (possibly gas leak). The ceilings are caked with drywall mud and full of holes. Lamp by bed didn’t work. Some of the staff lack experience and customer service. They also kept charging my credit card for the 3 day booking and deposit, over and over again. It was eventually resolved once I returned home, but should have never happened to begin with. If that wasn’t bad enough they rented the room I was staying in to a group of men who walked in on me and my little girls. The hotel also has a sign out front that says whirlpool tub? Not sure where those were.

Close to hwy, university, shopping. Also, the mattresses were recently replaced, evident by the old mattresses in the dumpster and a mattress trailer in the parking lot.
