I didn’t like how the rooms are advertised that there’s balconies rooms which there isn’t any balconies at all and the pool is also not available. I also didn’t feel comfortable seeing the huge water leak in the main lobby when I first arrived that was there the entire 3 day stay. My original room had a non working ac unit and had to ask to be re roomed. This type of stuff in my opinion should be checked by staff before they make a room available to be booked because if they didn’t have the extra room to accommodate me then it would have been an inconvenience on my leisure as a paying guest.

I like that the hotel is located near convenient places to eat.

outdated and the pillows were awful . Mattress doesn’t fit properly on the bed and there is no headboard . The room had a wire hanging on the wall which was an old photo that once hung up there. Elevator makes a creepy noise going up and breakfast was a joke- terrible coffee

There were dog toys under the bed, marijuana stems all over the bathroom windowsill and the tv didn’t work. We asked several times for help and they just kept given us different remotes that didn’t work.

The tv had about 5 working stations and the picture quality was awful. The wifi signal was the worst of any hotel or motel that I stayed at in the last few years. the room had some bugs in it and some of the linen and towels were washed but had stains on them as did the shower curtain.

Staff is untrained. I did precheck-in and front desk didn't know how to access it. They also were folding laundry in the lobby. The towels in the room were questionable if they were clean as the were poorly folded and a towel was hanging over the hair dryer. Grim on the sink faucet. The shower head is no secured. The stopper to start the shower was hard to full pull up. The TV barely could get any channels. The elevator took forever and the door was slow.

Nothing but junk food snacks for grab and go breakfast. The room did not have a microwave, coffee or any kind of drinking cups. The bathroom shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. Only had hair conditioner and body lotion, no shampoo.

The room was clean but the tv had very limited channels and the WiFi signal was non-existent. A breakfast was advertised but I do not consider a granola bar a breakfast.

Pool has not been open for a long time. No ice machine.staff will give you a little bit if you bring your ice bucket. There are less than 15 channels on the TV . If you are there for the night it is okay. Not a place to stay for the weekend. No fridge or microwave

No breakfast, not very clean, pot smell in the hallway, elevator was sketchy, told the family we only will fall three floors so it’s survivable, and staff seemed annoyed when asked to do basically there job, a towel for the third person in the room, read CC number off my phone.
