United StatesI didn’t like the fact that the room had a damp odor. The carpet has a huge rip in the middle of the floor. Broken paintings on the wall, peeling paint and rusted lamps. Overall the property was not maintained. The tile floor in the bathroom was ripped. The sink had brown liquid pour up from the drain, and they charge an extra $11.00 per night for a mini fridge and microwave. The staff doesn’t communicate well because at the time of check in we weren’t informed that we had to pay $5.00 per day for parking. They did inform us about parking on our third day by putting a paper notice on our car. Other motel tenants had the same paper on their car which means they weren’t notified as well. Would I stay here agin, absolutely not. Ooh and the staff weren’t welcoming at all.

United StatesBugs-cockroaches in room, toilet needed repair and had to manually flush it for 4 day stay. Very difficult-painfull dealing with 2 front desk male workers-----once to get an early print out- copy of room receipt and another just to add one more day to stay a total of 5 days. Lastly, could not contact Booking.com for help/assistance after lengthy time researching on website and elsewhere. Need a 'live' person-human being to answer the phone instead of an AI person that constantly repeated things and could not resolve requests-- a complete failure and frustration possibly leading to not making reservations via Booking.com again
Ice machine and outside garbage cans were close by room, free WiFi worked fine and location close to freeway and other retail stores, restaurants and Costco

United StatesI real wanted to give this property a good review. However, I have to be honest and share accurate information. There are several areas where the Owners can improve the guest experience. King Studio is one of the higher end rooms at this property. The microwave and refrigerator were too old to have in a room that had been refurbished with new furniture. The microwave had rust on the outside and the entire top of the refrigerator was rusted and I had to use something to cover them. The bathtub was not useable because the paint was literally peeling off of the the inside of the bathtub. I had to place something inside of the tub to protect my feet to shower and taking a bath was not an option because of the peeling paint. The rug leading to the vanity area was very frayed and caught the bottom of my shoe multiple times. The carpet needed to be shampooed as it was a little dirty. The exterior door was also peeling paint. The staff unfortunately, was not that friendly this visit and unprofessional. The housekeepers kept putting a large trash can in front of my room, into which the other guests threw ALL of their garbage and it kept drawing flies. Although I requested that the trash can be placed elsewhere, my request was not honored. At the pool area, there was trash, including a pair of old underwear inside the pool. I informed the housekeeper who was sweeping, she said "it's okay, it can just stay there". Also, some of the housekeepers do not speak English, and when I requested something, the person I encountered kept saying "no speak English" while talking on the phone in Spanish to someone. Housekeepers are the first point of contact for guests, and should speak some English. It is just a good customer service skillset. In addition, the front desk took a copy of the back of my credit card with my secret three digit code and signature. The staff said it was their policy, my bank said to keep the three digit code private to avoid fraud.
I recently booked the King Studio at the Travelodge By Wyndham SFO because I stayed there previously years ago. The staff and the General Manager Imran were very friendly and accommodating. I have stayed at many more expensive hotels, and I found that the room was intentionally designed for the comfort of the guest. Although I think the Owners may still be in the process of renovating. I will rate the size of the studio a 7 for size for the price I paid. The King bed is large enough to accommodate a family of five, Mom, Dad, 3 small children. There was a brand new bedroom set consisting of a dresser and two nightstands and designer headboard.There was also a nice desk and table with a lamp so that I could work on my computer. The bathroom was comfortable for privacy, due to the fact that there was a sliding wooden door separating the vanity area and living room. There was a modest coffee station that came with two packets of coffee, cups and sugar. There is also an ironing station that came with an ironing board and iron conveniently mounted onto the wall for the best use of space. The lighting in the room is very good. Although there is no overhead lighting fixtures, there were three lamps with multiple modes to increase/decrease lighting. Nice big screen television with a working remote. Clean Linen was provided: wash clothes, towels, shower mat. Small Organic soap and shampoos also provided. The curtains were clean and worked well to provide various degrees of privacy for me. There was a sheer white curtain in the center to allow sun in and still provide privacy. There was a small refrigerator and microwave. The property is very comfortable to visit, it has the feel of a small resort, similar to what you would find in Las Vegas, Florida or Hawaii, HOWEVER, it is very old and in need of extensive renovation. However, it has A LOT OF POTENTIAL.

UkraineThe shower seemed way too old as well as the bathroom. The room had this bad smell like old cigar smoke that couldn't be cleaned or something. The photos in the booking ad seemed way better than the actual place which looks quite run down. The doors and front of the place look like the 70's or 80's. I went to another hotel Days inn in hayward the day before and the difference was yeah, night and day! It seemed on the map the hotel was near the center where all the attractions are but it's way too far and seems like 30-40 away depending on which route you take, so yeah, didn't save any gas at all. I could've used the gas money I used to travel back and forth to get a better hotel and not waste so much time.
Just checkin process. The beds were good and there was enough space to get around. The parking lot was spacious.

So we went down to reception and was told the maintenance man would be up 'soon' We waited about 2 hours, nothing, by this time we had been up about 24 hours as we had flown from UK, went back down to reception and asked again, was told he was coming up now, waited another hour and he showed up, tried to fix the toilet but couldn't so we finally moved rooms. No apology from the staff, not the best start to our holiday after a long day travelling!

United StatesThe room smells like paint, the room service bad since I was stayed at the hotel for almost a month not even one time the room cleaner came by and clean the room. No clean towels no toilet papers provided we have to buy our own stuffs. My daughter had a bad reaction on rashes. The hotel is not clean at all we reported to the front desk nothing was solved.
