We were put in a room that was listed as the last one. They never told me it was a smoking room, nor was it listed as one. I didn't even think about the possibility, but it totally reaked in there. It's not like I could just switch rooms it was the last one, plus it was non refundable. Tv stopped working. Burn holes all in the comforter. Long story short, never letting my boyfriend be in charge of booking again, lol

Liked the bathroom counter mirror area right outside bathroom. Had microwave and fridge (I've been to a few motels that have neither)

The Location was horrible. There were homeless people outside. The pool was dirty on the bottom. The bed sheets were definitely not cleaned. My brothers had women’s black hair all over his bed and we had blood spots on ours.

The bathroom was okay. The breakfast was not much at all but at least they offer it.

They are in remodel stages. Our shower was cracked and peeling..we could not use it..the bathroom fan had no cover..the heater sounded like a jet airplane when it kicked on..there was no breakfast..only juice and coffee. Homeless camp in rear parking area viewed from our window Very nice staff friendly and it was clean. Need to put customers in fully remodeled rooms and remove breakfast from their amenities. Get rid of the old RV homeless camp..trash and mattress from rear parking area.

I didn’t actually stay when I was pulling in. There were some weirdos outside made me feel very uncomfortable as a single female. I did not feel comfortable and I did not want to stay there, and I tried to cancel my reservation because of me not feeling comfortable and they denied it and charged me anyway and told me they would not let me cancel for free so I did not stay there nor would I ever. And the outside had some broken things on the outside of the building under like a window it just gave me creepy vibes and it’s like tucked in the back. I don’t know only one way in and one way out.

The clerk was not helpful to us, we are elderly & disabled and I just feel like he could have helped to fix the first reservation that showed it had not been completed. I should not have to stop payment on the transaction but I will if I have to. The clerk also insisted there were no ground floor rooms available for both rooms so my sister and I had to climb stairs with all of our luggage while he stood and watched two 70 year old, disabled women struggle. Pathetic customer service.

The stay was very comfortable. We booked thru Booking.com and as we completed the booking it said “Unable to complete this transaction, please try again later”. A bit later we tried again and the 2 room special was no longer available so we booked 2 rooms separately. Upon arrival the clerk said I see you booked 4 rooms? I said no, it said it didn’t go thru. He said well this says 4. He indicated that he couldn’t change it since it was thru Booking.com but while checking into the other rooms I contacted Booking.com and was told it was up to the hotel to agree to change it. He didn’t, but coincidentally,he did alter the other booking for the same stay that we reserved thru Booking.com because our dog couldn’t stay in one of their suites. So long story short we were charged $312.00 for 2 rooms we didn’t use bcuz he wouldn’t help us. I still have a request in with Booking.com to adjust it, if not I’ll stop payment on the card.

I didn't like everything!! No hot water, nothing was clean, dirty towels, dirt n hair and even trash everywhere including the room. And the worst part was finding human poop on one of the beds between the blankets under the sheets, on the mattress and on the DOOR!! Oh n mold in the broke mini fridge and mold in the new fridge they brought in. I am in the middle of typing out a massive email to y'all including 66 photos that I took. This was a dangerous hotel for any and all let alone the children I had with me.

None of the staff that were on site would check me in, I had to wait 45mins for a "manager" to come back and check me in, after driving 7 hours. The room was filthy: shower wasn't cleaned, sheets and towels had black, brown and red stains that looked like blood, food crumbs on the bed, tables and floors, poopy bloody toilet paper from previous travelers was on the floor. Construction started at 5am and then I thought someone was in my bathroom, but it was someone nearby. Homeless and drug activities everywhere. Not safe for families, I'm so glad I didn't have my children with me. No breakfast, and my fridge didn't work.

No bug or rodent infestations in my room, that was positive.

Hot water in shower never gets hot. Second time this has happened, so it’s a recurring issue. By the end of the shower you’re chilled to the bone.

Just the maintenance, and the price, because of the maintenance. I'm happy to pay their rates, but some of the money needs to go-to the infrastructure.

Staff was sooooo fricken nice. If they added the right maintenance person.... It's clear no one has filled that role in years.

I'm very disappointed that in the four nights of my stay I did not get any maid cleaning or replenishing of coffee. I did have two sets of towels which was good because no maid service with fresh towels. I don't know if no room service is the standard for Travelers motels. Pictures were not even close to what the motel actually looked like. Rooms were not cleaned before we arrived there was smoking in the building very dark place avoid it. Booking.com has yet to refund me my full amount and has not been transparent through the process. I personally will not book through them again.
