Although it is conveniently located in the heart of everything it is super loud all hours of the day and night. So if you value your sleep I would choose somewhere else.

I like the price point. I also like that check in was fast and easy.

The bathroom had a couple issues, Toilet paper holder came off the wall. Turning the shower on was a bit difficult as you had to do it from the opposite end of the shower and got cold soaked trying to turn it on. The lights over the bed flickered constantly and would not stay on. Tv was a bit different to navigate. The items were not reported as I considered them mild nconveniences.

Even though the property was a bit older the room was clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was a full American breakfast as stated. The location was easily accessible and convenient. Lots of local attractions and places to ear.

Not enough parking. With the door to the toilet and shower closed, it got too hot when the shower was on. Thought I was going to pass out while washing my hair. Breakfast was included in the price, but it lacked a lot to be desired. The eggs were flavorless, and the apple juice was watered down to pretty much just water with a slight splash of apple flavor.

The location was perfect, right on the parkway. Room was clean; beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The property wasn’t clean around it . Parking was a nightmare, hard to find enough parking at night . It was a non smoking hotel but we could smell old stale cigarettes in our room. Was charged 50.00 hold on my card that would be refunded after the stay if no damages. We definitely didn’t do any damages to anything. When we got in the room I found a straw in the floor , used Kleenex by the bed nightstand , definitely wasn’t cleaned good at all. It was given a lick and a promise for sure . I always bring cleaning supplies with me and I of course cleaned . We bring our own bedding, pillows and towels and washcloths . I never use anything from anywhere we stay . I definitely would not stay here again . I’m use to staying at the Apple view river resort in the gated community. This was a short trip only two days, I figured it would be fine for such a short trip ,so I read reviews and thought I could do it for two day but it wasn’t easy and we checked out extra early .

Right in town but you can find much better hotels right in town .

The hotel had almost no parking, we were forced to drive around several times and park far away, the room was also very loud because the hotel is so close to a very crowded restaurant.

All the stuff laying around the property. When we got there you could see where someone had like threw a window A/c off the balcony and it was just laying on the ground busted. They’re also renovating and all their renovations stuff is laying outside everywhere which makes the property outside look bad and a little sketchy.

At the back of the property near the stairs it smelled really bad, I think it was due to a rolling trash bin that had trash and nasty water left in it. Also, in the shower you had to get wet to turn the water on due to the setup.

I liked where the property was located, it was close to everything on the strip.

Parking is terrible at night, so we ended up having to park in the very back at another hotel. The only problem we had with our room is the sink was very slow to drain.

It was located conveniently on the main strip and a short drive to Dollywood. They had a pretty good breakfast available each morning. The rooms look newly renovated and were very up to date.

Construction still ongoing, but wasn't much of an inconvenience. However, if you are staying on the JT Hannah side, be warned, the trash company makes it their personal mission to be as loud as humanly possible at 4am. Not the hotels fault at all, but be warned, you will be woken up for almost a half hour every time. Also the desk attendants are not there all the time. Long wait to check out. Takes several days to refund deposit.

Large spacious room, excellent location close to everything. Breakfast was very good. Comfortable bed, very nicely updated.
