Maybe paint the room a lighter color. It feels dark and the facility smelled like incense. The bathroom sink was chipped and could use replacement. Maybe a bit overpriced for the quality of the facility.

The room was clean. It was close to Walmart, Jack-in-the-Box, and Starbucks, so we could walk to those places.

Walking distance to Edgefield. Stayed here for a show. Good for a place to crash but nothing more. Could have been cleaner but you get what you pay for.

The smell of the hallways. The amount of airfreshner used to cover up cigarette smoke was disgusting and there was a large amount of people that lived at the facility full time.

This is a really dated hotel that I am assuming/hoping is awaiting renovation. The carpets, decor, smell, finishings, etc were all so dated. The bathroom door was very beat up and there was hair dangling from the hair dryer. The carpets felt dirty and the entire property smelled musty.

The proximity to Edgefield. The bed/bedding was decent.

I have frequented this hotel the last few times I have been to town, because the location is great and although the room is a bit run down, I liked that I had been given the same room previously, it was downstairs and close to the door-I have bad knees and asthma. It was cute, with a sense of privacy. However, this time I was put into a different room that was upstairs on the front side of the building, with a smoky smell and no cable. I called and they switched me to another room, room 225, with no smoky smell, but still it was upstairs. The bathroom door was broken off the bottom hinge, there was a fruit fly problem at the sink in the room, the faucet in the shower was stripped and after fighting with it for 15mins I had to go to the front desk and she came and helped me set it. Overall its a cute place, although the front/west(i think) side is outdated. Compared to previous stays at the hotel, this side of the hotel was not quiet. There was door slamming, people yelling/screaming every night, and there was some police activity in front of the parking lot one night, which had me uneasy every night after dark. I was there to tour a college campus, and spend a few days getting to know the area. And then I was there for 6 days, and not once did my room get serviced or was it offered, but I had to ask a Housekeeper to service it-which SHE WAS SWEET AND DID SO. I had a mental health emergency and had to suddenly checkout early, and was told that there is no refund for early check out if it's not before regular check out time-which I didn't argue, I just didn't know.

The staff was nice and helpful. And the bed was comfortable. The Halloween decor was CUTE. The housekeeping staff was noisy early in the morning but they were very sweet! :) Large shower. Clean fridge, clean carpet.

The room had an old room smell that they tried to cover up with a clove scented cleaning solution. The oder dissipated quite a bit when I turned on the air conditioner and the fan in the bathroom so it was okay. Other people may not have found it okay, however.

I like that I got a room on the ground floor. It was very close to the venue I was visiting. It was at a very good price. The staff were very nice. The facility was old but it was clean and comfortable enough. Everything in the room worked and I was grateful for the air conditioning.

our room had a broken a/c Louver so the air was blowing straight down , the vending machines were out of order, our room was poorly cleaned we were stuffed up all night there had definitely been pets there I simply had a hard time breathing and sleeping from being do stuffed up

The bed sheet had blood on the side of them gross. There was a cockroach (pregnant) by the "bathroom" sink mirror. And was woken up ay 4am by a bug crawling on my skin. Think it was a bed bug.

Darkness outside, not a lot of lighting. Very small lobby with big plants causing the walking area to be even smaller. No hair dryer in room. Room door wasn't completely closed (see pic why that would be), light was on but nobody was in the room when I arrived. I did return from eating with my taser and mace incase it was needed (it takes a lot to freak me out I travel all over my myself but the door not being properly closed and light on well). Carpet and flooring didn't match whatsoever. Walls quite thin could hear neighbors well and not just when they were talking. Lol Noticed the vending machine only takes cash.

Convenience of being right off I84. Gas station, WalMart, coffee shop, bar and grill close by. Decent size bathroom. Shower only in my room, believe it was an ADA room. Room had fridge, microwave, desk and chair. Drawers incase you unpacked. Nice size tv but not much worth watching. Lol Room was clean, no bed bugs.
