Badly needs updating in area where I stayed. First room had broken blinds on back window for easy peeking from anyone walking by. Second room had dead socket so light between beds didn’t work. Curtains holey and ragged. Bathroom walls decaying.

Room had no chair - hard for an older person to tie shoes, etc. Closet could use a few hangers.

TV didn't work in the first room i checked into , but they switched out my room with a working TV and it was better, bath tub was stained very dirty, no straw to steer my coffee, and would have been better with brighter lighting the two night stand lamps were very dem and low my room.

The shower didn't work., The curtains were falling off the rods. The manager was not available on discovery of the plumbing issue. The manager was not available on checkout.

The shower was the most disappointing feature. It was disgusting and the fixtures were scaley. The bed was also uncomfortable and there was not a comforter. It was super noisy from the highway and it made it difficult to sleep. The door handle to get into the room was also broken.

The front desk staff was pleasant to deal with but they were slow.

We didn’t expect safe or comfortable with the cheap deal and location but it was surprisingly pleasant. Yes the bathroom door was completely scuffed up, holes in the walls and broken electric covers. But for the price it was clean and comfortable. It was literally right by the freeway and it was also super dark and quiet inside the room. Thank goodness because we were on our way to Phoenix for a baseball tourney. We had a peaceful night and headed out in the morning. Also the checkin guy was great! My kids were over being in the truck and he got us quickly checked in and dealt with the paperwork after. Very friendly!

Aging bed and mattress. Sheets did not fit properly resulting in sleeping on lumpy bedsheets. Early morning shower with no hot water. One hour later, after eating breakfast there was very hot water. Three lamps in the room, only one worked.

My room was quiet and relatively clean.

Bathroom tolit seat was very loose and when leafing the seat there was blood that was never cleaned. Coffee maker did not work shower was in bad need of repairs and tub looks dirty even though it may have been cleaned.

Headboards material flaking off. Floor tiles with 8 inch holes, uneven. Toilet bowl dark brown, hopefully just bad rust stains but didn't get close. "White" towels stained if not dirty. Desk chair too dirty to sit on. Missing tiles at top of stairs, making for easy tripping. Supposedly non-smoking facility, but so much smoking in corridors and parking lot whole place reeked. Shown a different room closer to freeway, just as poor condition, even more truck traffic noise.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - We walked into the room to found ROACHES AND MOLD, gross and dirty. We went to the front desk and they stated they would offer a full refund when booking.com reached out. We stayed somewhere else. We have since called endless times, emailed, messaged, booking.com has done the same and no one will answer any of the emails or phone calls. What would have been a 10day stay has now passed with no refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.
