WiFi! Don't offer free WiFi if you can't deliver. We weren't able to connect because the site was not secure. We were given a password but were never prompted to use it. My husband went to reception for help but she hadn't got a clue.

The property was definitely older and could use some updates, the bathtubs were grimy couldn’t bathe the kids had to show them. We also had two disabled people and the railways to the outside stairs were very unsafe.

People knocking at my door at 3am,they never gave us towels we had to walk to the office everyday and get them and they never cleaned the room the whole 5 days we where there

When you book a Travelodge by Wyndham you are expecting amenities of a Wyndham & we didn’t get that. No coffee maker in room, no toilet paper dispenser & bath towels scratched body

Asked also for clean towels I arrived there Friday night and needed clean towels I call for service and was told someone will bring new towels and never did,called again and was told I could go get some new ones downstairs the reception since the ladies were gone already what she could have told me in the beginning there was no one to take him to me

I needed a handicap parking and there was another car parked with out a handicap place, asked the staff it's not right if people that need the parking and not able to help sad

Rooms was dirty roaches and roach eggs on wall. Alot of homeless and drug addicts in the motel and area. We stayed it was about 15 of use but never again 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾.

I paid in advance for a king size SMOKING ROOM When I got there, they had NO SMOKING ROOM! I am disabled so having to get up and go outside to smoke really made me MAD!!! I believe I should be compensated for that. The SMOKING ROOM was the ONLY REASON I WENT TO THAT HOTEL. I would have found a smoking room somewhere else, but I had paid for a smoking room in advance. I got completely ripped off. I WILL NOT TRUST THIS AGAIN

The tv, it was really small & I couldn’t work out the channels. Coffee was horrible. The entrance & exit was bad.. I was so confused about how to exit the property due to arrows pointing only one way.

It was quite noisy until the rain started, boom box and chatter until late at night. The breakfast was a joke, a cold cinnamon roll or cold cereal. They should not advertise free breakfast.

Easy access from 99, ground floor access was appreciated.

A perfect place for an overnight stay when travelling through. Had a queen room with two beds and room was bigger than expected and bathroom facilities good. A little run down but still served its purpose for us. Close to freeway and restaurants so perfect transit stop.

The stairs were very unstable and in front of the stairs tile on the floor was missing so I slipped 3 times thankfully did not fall on my but. Area not so good, but I guess that's all of Bakersfield. Coming from Fresno California it was a shocker I'll say that

It’s a little older, so somethings could use touching up. The doors were a little loud when they opened and closed and then the toilet wasn’t working properly at first. However, when we came back to the room after being out for a bit, they had fix the toilet without us even asking, which was amazing.

We were in town for a concert at the Mechanics Bank Arena, and it was super close. Such an easy drive.  Turn down service was awesome. We came back to the room after being out for a couple of hours and they had thoroughly cleaned, swapped out towels and sheets and also had fixed an issue that we had had with the toilet.

I agree with previous reviews that the room decor was very dated. Bathroom sealant also needed redoing. With a minor refurb / bit of TLC this could be a very nice hotel. Note that there is no lift.

A large and clean room. Free parking provided and the pool area was nice. Good location just off the motorway and with nearby shops / restaurants.

I kept hearing scratching noises during my stay- at worst, critters in the walls or front overhanging roof structure; or just a bird attempting to nest in overhead eaves or roof structure. Panels enclosing overhanging roof structure were sagging and facility maintenance seemed to be lagging a bit. Cigarette butt was at the walkway threshold into my non-smoking room.

Pool was closed during My stay, I specifically selected Hotel, that had a swimming pool 😧 because I knew it was going to be hot in Bakersfield that weekend. Traveled from Tulsa Oklahoma.
