No Refrigerator or microwave as stated in facilities available. Had to ask for extra towels as only one in the bathroom for a couple. Had to hang a towel up over the window as the curtains didn’t quite give total privacy, as we also had to place personal items on the curtains to stop them from blowing open while the air con was operating.

Room was clean Location where we needed to be. Wifi was great. Comfortable bed, hot shower.

A microwave that u can use without the roaches in it what the picture s looked like was not what I got was very disappointed in it no lamps no nite stands no sportphones no plug ins only behind TV with a adapter so u have one of 5 to charge your phone a big fire hazard I didn't have a choice to find a better place no tran

This whole motel is just about to become a single floor instead of two floors. The concrete pillars are cracked clear thru and about to collapse. They have already closed the back 25 or 30 rooms for being unsafe. No towels, no trash can, no coffee pot. Up all night listening to the crackheads party all night. Come to find out they are permanent residents living upstairs. I would recommend not staying here. I can't believe this place passed any sort of inspection. Ever

When we arrived, we immediately knew we’d made a mistake, there was no way THIS was the hotel listed. I looked like it was abandoned with boarded up windows, broken, open doors, smashed windows and trash everywhere. I checked in and even the receptionist office was disgusting, full of junk and filth. I stay in motels a LOT, I’ve stayed in hundreds around the US and NEVER in my life have I not even wanted to open the door for fear of the filth that awaited me. The room had the number scribbled on it in sharpie, there was dirty underwear in front of the door and when I opened the door … I was absolutely disgusted. The room stank of smoke. The ‘white’ Curtains were BLACK with mould, the bathroom sink was filthy, the bedding was ripped and stained, the windows were so dirty I couldn't see out. There was no fridge, no microwave, the floor was disgusting and there were bugs everywhere. There were two small ripped towels on the filthy shelf. I have NEVER not stayed in motel I’d booked for health concerns before but there was NO way I was sleeping in those conditions. I immediately asked for a refund as there was no way I was sleeping in a room full of black mould! They said no. Someone would come and fix it she said - there's no fixing that place, it needs burning down! I am appalled that places like that are allowed to stay open. I’ve requested that my cancellation fees be wavered but they are ignoring my request. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! We ended up staying for two nights at the Ramada in downtown Topeka and for just $20 extra a night, it was amazing! Disgusted that they will happily take my money for such a horrendous experience.

Everything needs to be greatly improved. No amenities at all. Was given a towel, no wash rag or bath mat. No soap or kleenex. No appliances. No hangers. TV had 1 channel. Heater didn't work at all, got down to 27 degrees. Bed bugs in 1 room.

I did not have breakfast, but the owner was very kind and friendly. Was a bit disappointed that for 70 dollars there isn't even a microwave provided and the room curtains are nearly see through so not really any privacy. But it was clean and quiet. It was a pleasant nights stay.

Anything . If it would not have been 1am and being so tired I could not drive any further I would have found another place regardless of the money left at. The description online is so far from what I arrived to find. The pictures sent of the room were not the room either. I was a woman traveling alone and the curtains were white and not big enough to cover the window so I slept in my clothes. The toilet paper was down to 1/4 only left and sitting on the back of the toilet because there was not holder. No trash can. The bed had a blanket but the room was so cold and the heating unit didn't work well. Water for shower was warm at best.

Originally the price until I arrived and questioned the safety of the location and it went downhill from there after I realized it was non-refundable.
