The front door needed replaced, it was damaged. The bathroom needs to be remodeled like yesterday. The smoking area was right in front of our door which clearly said NO smoking.

The glass was half full meaning we had a giant tv and newer beds. Most of the room was remodeled except for the br. Great AC and lots of channels.

The breakfast was dismal. The front desk staff made a big deal about their "English Breakfast". The mushrooms looked like they came out of a can, and the eggs were inedible (I think they were powdered eggs).

There were no chairs in the room, shower was very small, no coffee in the room and no fresh coffee in the office at 8am when we checked. It was cold coffee from the day before.

The rooms were quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy. Rooms were clean and stocked

I booked the room half a year in advance. At the time, there should have been several rooms available, including a clean and nice room. However, as we arrived in the evening around 7 o'clock, only the last available room was there, which by far exceeded our expectations. After a short conversation with the motel employee, we then got two better rooms (which were also not quite suitable for us). The breakfast was very marginal.

Floor was sticky all over as if recently coated with sealant. Door frame was shattered by forced entry and the repair was inept, light showed through 4 sides of frame. Light over sink did not work. Shower was weak low flow and had no shelf to hold razor or soap. Room lacked power outlets. Refrigerator was not plugged in nor was the microwave.

Blood stains on the walls mold and lack mold everywhere in bathroom, splattered bug on tub sticky stain on dresser Duat and dirt everywhere. Refrigerator unplugged, old and repainted sittin away from the wall. No towels in bathroom...in fact, .black mold and rust on stainless steele rowel and voat racks, TV remote torn apart thrown nightstand...dust and dirt everywhere. Took pics, asked for refund...was told no...went to ne t town and rented a room.

Absolutely disgustingly gross Contenral breakfast advertised ...owners said hey discontinued service. Went to room...things go worse, like walking into a hotel niightmare.

The person at the check in counter was rude, suspicious, insulting, and tried to cancel the booking at check in. It took ten minutes for your customer service to convince him to give me the room. I don't know how you can do business with this location, but I know I never will again.

there rooms were old , the heat didn't work, the bathroom door would not close al the way, bathroom sink was loose and felt like it was going to fall off. the room was dirty and i was glad i brought a sleeping bag to sleep in.

1/2 the room was upgraded, the other half, being the bathroom, didn't look like it had seen a scrub brush in about 50 yrs. The grout in-between the floor tiles and the corners had what looked like decades worth of dirt and scum. The shower was literally a box insert that was equally as old and filthy and wouldn't be big enough for my teenage son to fit in. No one told us there was breakfast or where it would be, never saw any signs of this. Very noisy room and location, no insulation around the door so you could hear every conversation going by and it was right on the main drag through town.

Nothing. Manager needs to learn the laws!!! He wanted to see identification for my husbands service dog! When I informed him there is no such thing and if ppl are showing one it’s a fake ordered offline because a legal service dog has no “identification “. He then charged my card pet fee of $20!!!! I will be filing a complaint with an attorney against this hotel for violating ADA laws!! I never have had such trouble. He wanted to meet the dog which was fine. But then still treated us rudely.

We booked this because brother was having surgery next day. However, the heater was not working properly and never got above 50 * We froze all night. I did tell the clerk and she was going to send someone to check, but never did. Because Bro had to take a shower before, I didn't want him to come out to a cold room, so I did ask for a portable heater and got one, so finally got a little warmer. Because we had to leave early, was not able to get breakfast because it is not served unit 8 and we were already gone, and when I came back later, it was already packed up. Did not get an apology or discount.
