Convenient and comfortable

Hallways were dingy and smelled poorly, made me rethink my reservation, but overall stay was good. Stick to cold items and fruit at breakfast as hot items were not the best and even looked sketchy, one of the reasons why we chose to stay here, but ended up getting breakfast elsewhere when I witnessed a staff member wipe the juice spout with what looked to be a super dirty rag.

Having a kitchen especially when traveling with kids, location, front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The stovetop was not level, so when we attempted to make eggs, they would all pool into one area of the pan. The hallways were also pretty narrow, so when housekeeping had their carts in the hall, you had to maneuver around them.

Good location and in a quiet area. It was nice to have a kitchen which allowed us to save money by making our own food while we were staying in the area.

Hotel manager Rateb Tahan was able to correct a problem caused by Booking .com (Reversed my 1st and Last name, front desk staff could not locate my reservation)

Great little kitchen. Made staying in a hotel so much better. The room was very clean and comfortable.

They couldn’t keep up with the breakfast crowd.. some days had to wait for refills to come out. The carpet in the room needs stretched. Lumpy in some spots. Suite 132. Also the bed mattress dips to the sides. It was comfortable if you laid in the right spot.

Comfier sofa bed, keys didn’t always work to the room. Staff could have been more helpful getting an infant bed.

We could hear the gentleman in the adjoining room clearly as he conversed with guests, spoke on the phone, and played music. Not sure if it was because of thin walls or if the closed, locked door connecting the rooms was at fault.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the highway was nearby there was no road noise. Free breakfast had a good selection of food (waffle maker, oatmeal, cereal, ham and cheese croissants, sausage and egg biscuits, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bagels and cream cheese).

There was urine droplets on the floor around the toilet. There was even a small pool of yarn on the toilet near the back. I could not find how to turn off the light over the burners. I like sleeping in total darkness as much as possible. The elevator really smelled of oil.

Horrible smell all night long. Couldn't figure out what it was or where it was coming from. I think maybe someone was cooking some kind of food and possibly letting it burn in another room. Also the light under the microwave was on all night and we couldn't figure out how to turn it off which also kept us awake. We found out how to turn it off the next morning but that was after the fact. It was a miserable night.

The room could have been prepared better. If there was 6 people coming to stay I think it should of been ready for the amount of people.

Location was great. I booked a two bed room suite for 5 people and there was two blankets no towels no sheets on sofa bed. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The front desk clerk Christina is amazing. All the staff was accommodating. The breakfast was top notch and definitely delicious. The beds were super comfy and the pillows were a mix of firm and soft but felt supprted regardless. The hotel is nice on the inside and out. Very lovely look to it all. And the views out the windows aren't that ball despite being close to the 101 freeway.

It was weird to me as a European that they charge you in advance for stuff and after if that stuff did not happen, they give you back your money. still waiting for my money back. I guess that is some American thing, they do that everywhere, not just this place.
