The breakfast was really good. We could go for long walks in the area and felt safe. The beds were comfortable.

Needed some tlc- flooring came up, late check out needs to be a thing, breakfast needs to be cleaner.

No tub, “sofa bed” as advertised is not a bed at all, very misleading and room did not accommodate 2 adults and 2 children adequately. On the morning of check out, multiple knocks on the door from housekeeping even though do not disturb sign posted and we had not checked out.

Convenient location, clean, well priced, amenities - full size fridge with ice maker, microwave, toaster, stove, coffee maker, dishes and pots/pans available.

I didn’t like how challenging it was to get on the WiFi. I had to use my personal hotspot to connect. It should be easier.

There was previous guests’ hair on the bed and in the shower and it’s summer, the pool should stay open later.

The pullout sofa bed needs a cushion too hard to be a sofa bed The smell of Mary Jane coming through the walls was overwhelming. I had my kids. It could be a greatpaid place.

Keep the prices the same on the sites

On the partner sites the price don’t match and can be very disturbing when your trying to book and stay within a budget. Other than I had a nice stay here and would come back in a heart beat. Front staff was so nice and welcoming.

Quite a bit of light seeped through the door to the hallway. Staff began vacuuming the hallway outside my room at 9am while I was still asleep. The cleaning staff was pretty loud when cleaning other rooms. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad they were enjoying their jobs, but, I was trying to rest.

I loved Violet. She was the employee that was working when I checked in. She was a delight.

The sleeper sofa was not comfortable to sit in. Hard as a rock. Signage could be better.

The location was perfect for visiting a friend who lives in that area. The queen bed with 4 pillows was plush and comfortable for my wife and I although I prefer a king. The couch was hard as a rock and the back and arms were small so overall the couch was a no-go for me. The kitchen looked nice, but we didn't use it except to make coffee. Everything was clean. We did not do the breakfast (although it was included) as we had a breakfast meeting with our friend. Check in and check out were fast and smooth. Staff was very friendly.

Not much for breakfast. Disappointed for sure. Could have paid more for one night that offered a god hot breakfast. Spent more after buying a good breakfast. Not a bargain.

The mattress was a bit soft.

Very nice, convenient location, comfortable accommodations. It was our first time at a TownePlace Suites, but we will seek them out in future travels. It is also great that they are pet-friendly.

That there was no cleaning done and there was old dish soap and a dishwasher table left in the dishwasher. there was no hand washing soap, no new dish soap or dishwasher soap, no lotion, there was missing towels, missing blankets, part of the TV stand was broken, the foot stool was stained, there was a stain on the bedsheet.

the sign that was on the property was difficult to see because of all the trees, sometimes I drove past not realizing that I had passed the entrance only to have to turn around and go back.

The manager! booking made in November 24 on arrival told hotel was full and only room available was a disabled room. AC and Fridge Freezer not on and smelly. Complained told no other rooms available he would come to fix. Miraculously he arrived said he had had cancellation and room next door now available.!!!!! Second room much better although poor water pressure in bathroom sink.

Weird smell. Kind of dirty. Floor in kitchenette was slippery with oil cleaner or something. Ceiling looked like it had mold on it. Everything needed refreshed. Kind of beat down

I did not like the room smelled like mold and water was leaking in the room getting some of our clothing wet. We had to change rooms where it was filled with condensation with the floors slippery and wet and the bar are filled with condensation. The water was also off for a couple of hours causing me not to be able to wash my face before we had to be somewhere.

The property was fine.
