handicap access is ok, but narrow lobby entrance and no electronic door. so can be awkward to get wheelchair through. staff, when present, do assist. also toilet seat size mismatched to bowl and low for older/disabled group. otherwise, nice sized room easy to navigate.

Outside property needs to be cleaned.. Trash on grass and parking lot. I stepped on a ketchup packet when I first left my car. The room was exceptionally clean.

The only thing that i did not like was the sofa bed. I thought the sofa bed had an actual mattress to sleep on, however the way it functions is to remove the back pillows and pull on the 2 fabric handles on the top of the sofa towards you. After you pull back, the sofa opens like a “book” and it’s basically just a platform. It is not comfortable and i had to load it up with blankets for it to be at least tolerable to sleep on. Please, i implore this hotel to upgrade their sofa beds to have actual mattresses.
The property was clean and staff was very nice and readily available for assistance. The rooms were spacious (stayed in the 2 bedroom suite w/ sofa bed) The TV had good channels plus Youtube and Netflix, it had a full kitchen which was great to reheat food or some quick cooking!

I did not like that they charged me an additional $20 that I was not aware of and that booking.com failed to mention to me. That disrupted my stay and made me annoyed, but everything else with the room was okay, but that was not a room for three people. They should not have recommended it. It was way too small
It was a cute little room, just not for three people. I liked it was fully equipped too

The hallways were not very clean and you could smell cigarette smoke. Thankfully you could not smell in the rooms.
The staff was very accommodating and sweet when the air conditioning broke in our room. They quickly moved us to a new room. Loved the two bedroom suite.

Not TowneSuites fault, but we couldn't use the water to shower as it is contaminated. We were provided with bottled water. I recommend that recycling bins be provided.
Breakfast was better than we expected with many choices available. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Location was great. I will stay again.

noise woke me up about 3:00 - 4;30 in the middle of the night - was it an ice making machine? our room was 314. couldn't get the wifi to connect. bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Place could've been more well kept. Stains on carpet and couch. One out of the two lamps in bedroom wasn't working which made it super dim. Body wash bottle in bathroom was empty. Great that an iron was available but no ironing board. Could hear people trampling upstairs from us starting at 3am.
While traveling with my mom and spouse, it's difficult to find a 2 bedroom suite at an affordable price (vs. two separate bedrooms which is more expensive). Lucky to have found this location with this set up within short distance from the event venue. Staff always friendly and helpful.
