Old out dated furniture, ottoman missing a wheel! Bathroom sink cracked, under kitchen sink door hard to open, air conditioner in BIGGER bedroom so loud it woke me up every time it came on. Pool was dirty. Elevator so, so, slow not even busy! If it was $100 a night it would have meet my expectations but $200 was a little pricey for the condition of the room

The breakfast was not great. Also the bed kept coming up off the ground if you sat on the edge of it. Water pressure was weak in the shower.

The continental breakfast was just alright. I would have expected it to be more variety in what they served. It was still decent though.

The two bedrooms was so nice. It felt like a little apartment and I had my own space which was important. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to go grocery shopping and save money by cooking ourselves.

It seems minor, I know, but next, there will be the elevator reimbursement fee, then the stair reimbursement, etc.. I Did not like getting the bill and a parking reimbursement fee / tax of almost 4 dollars added that was not part of the deal I made on bookings. It's the princible behind this. My 4 dollars, then ten more people, then ten more than ten more. 124.00 dollars.

In our room, very out dated Furniture, chair had red stains, which limited us from seating on, refrigerator door was to close to the wall, only open halfway. Breakfast did not look good, had to go out!

I think they can update the furniture and appliances. They had a very worn and used cutting board that should’ve been thrown away and replaced as well as a the coffee machine.

Did not realize there was only one day of housekeeping for an entire week of stay. Our housekeeper, Brenda, did a nice job when she did it on Wednesday though. They held an extra $800, not including room stay, on our credit card that the front desk said was for incidentals. I worried for the remainder of the stay that we would get that money back after my credit card company alerted me. Seemed quite excessive.

The breakfast was fantastic most days. Location was great as we were visiting family who live in Richlands. Saltwater pool was nice. Front desk tried to be helpful, to the best of their ability.

The painting fell off the wall while we were sleeping and glass shattered all over the floor & they did not even come vacum the glass up. Looks like it was not mounted on the wall properly. They left a broom for us and did not once come check on it. They did not provide enough towels and kept having to ask for clean ones.

The rooms were spacious and accommodating for a large family but they did not clean the room not one time we stayed there for 6 days.
