During the storm Milton we came with the whole family together with our dog (smooth-haired toy terrier mini), for 2 days, the price for the room suited us, but for us there was a big surprise in the price for the dog's stay. 230$!!! In addition, their elevator is closed for maintenance, and this was problematic, since we (let me remind you, a family of 2 small children) were settled on the very top floor. Cool, isn't it? This is a real scam. When you write a description of your apartments, it would be good to at least indicate your prices for additional services. We will not come back here again.

The only thing that i can complain about is that there was a funky smell in the room. After being in the room for a few minutes i didn't smell it anymore. The smell did leak into my clothes - even my clean ones. Other than that - it was good.

The location worked well for me as I wanted to be somewhere with good groceries stores and restuarants. it also was nearby some nice places to walk and feel safe.

The grounds were not manicured, our bathroom light was rusty and side of toilet was not clean, I cleaned it…. No bathroom vent so very steamy after showers. I would have liked a King bed…. My husband and I are tall….

I got hot at night and tried to turn down the AC and turns out they control the thermostat. That was a big negative for me. Who doesn’t want to sleep comfortably at night.

I had to go to the front desk a total of four times to have the key changed. Every time we left the room I needed a new key. It was finally fixed on the second night of our four day stay. The worst experience was when I found a dead roach on the pillow. I don't know how long it was there because I hadn't moved the pillows but luckily that was my last nights stay any how because I probably would've relocated. Lesson learned to me to check the hotel linens before I get in the bed.

Overall the room was clean and comfy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great price for the two bedroom suite we booked.

Stayed here actually 13 days, everything we needed while my house is being renovated. We stayed in Studio large fridge, stove, oven and lots of storage. There is an apt. Close by that don’t care to empty trash on road, perfect place for families with 2 bedrooms plus the price is almost 1/2 off other hotels! As an extra I have both my dog and cat with me.

The breakfast area was very clean and had a worker there the whole time making sure hotel guests were happy and always spot cleaning. The breakfast was impressive. Waffles, eggs, omelette, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, bacon, grits and on and on! Delicious coffee. Nice fruit basket. Front desk people were very kind. Really like the kitchenette in the rooms with plenty of space to move around. Great to have a pool.

Breakfast was great..Quality, temperature, preparation, variety . exceeded my expectations Room Fridge was noisy when compressor kicked in. My poor rating comes from the fact that I stayed 4 nights and my room was fixed (Cleaned and beds made by Housekeeping) only once. After the first day without cleaning, I complained and asked for it to be fixed. It was done, the following day but not the rest of the stay. The facility had no signage on the outside that would advise where the "Office-Front Desk" or "Registration" or "Lobby" was. Nothing. Just a US flag hanging outside. I commented to the from Office of this fact. You do not want to be walking about under a 100F weather to figure out which door leads to the Front Desk.

Run down facilities need renovation ASAP. Obviously, the pictures of the place were taken ages ago. Smelly corridors. Mould in the bath. Stinky wardrobes. Horrendous breakfast, not even the coffee is acceptable.
