I was told I would have a couch bed along with my other 2 beds but we did not have one in our room. I found fake fingernails on the floor and in the refrigerator. Elevator was broken.

Carpets were sticky... Corners and under furniture dusty and uncleaned... Old yellow pillows and not enough sheets and towels unless you pay extra... broken shower...broken oven door

That the sofa couch didn't have clean sheets or pillows of covers for it. There was no trash can in the bathroom. The ice machine was broken and the smell was not pleasant. The breakfast wasn't warm and tasted old. The milk was warm even in the fridge. No one. Even cleaned the dining room. No salt and pepper. Room key wouldn't work the door to the hall.

The size of the room and that it held my family comfortable, we was happy it included breakfast.

I had no carafe or pot on the coffe maker. When I asked about it they said that they would try to find me one. No one ever found one for me and I have had to use instant coffe which I absolutely hate. :( I also still have not been refunded for the $50 deposit for the room. Every time I inquire about this I have been told it was sent to my bank. It most definetly has not been sent to my bank. I am getting very frustrated about this.

The room was clean, large, had a decent refrigerator and microwave. I do like that the kichen area had some dishes, except silverware. The TV was a decent size with a better option of programming. The bathroom was also clean and a decent size room.

They only gave us 2 big towels for three people. No facecloths or other towels. We had to go to front desk in another building to collect the new towels. There was hair in the bathroom sink, hair on the soap dish, a long hair on the wall and the tub. There was still garbage in the garbage can.

The breakfast was nice. Front desk staff were friendly. Only a 10 minute drive to King's Island (depending on traffic).

Laundry in the hallways at 8pm, some disrepair in general, facilities need some work. Extra linens in a room with a known occupancy of 6 people prior to arrival.

Our room had not been cleaned good. Couches had candy and wrappers all in the cushions, tub was dirty, carpets had not been vacuumed. The heater in the bedroom had a horrible smell when it was turned on.

The employees were very welcoming.

Not enough towels and wash cloths also no extra blankets. Breakfast was so, so, only good was pancakes no meat and no orange juice no bagels or toast Air conditioner leaked water so the floor was wet for our two day stay.

The room was missing some basic amenities-no hair dryer for example Had to request one along with adequate bath towels. It needs updating and a thorough cleaning.

One reason I rented room Was to use bbq area and the grill wasn’t working. I bought a small 50 dollar charcoal grill cooked and went to my room after telling staff I was going to let it cool off. It was gone by morning and the staff has yet to look at video or reach out to me.

Filthy, dishwasher had moldy dishes, cigarette butts all around property, bullet lodged in our wall?? Always smelled like pot. Had no towels on arrival. Dirty all around.

The TV did not work come to find out it didn't have a power cord. Only 3 towels for 4 people, and one of the coffee filter packs were busted. Had a hard time getting anyone to answer the phone at the front desk.

The breakfast was very minimal not what was expected. The orange juice was good. It was nice having two separate rooms

1. Disgusting smell in the room, it was impossible to breath until I let some fresh air (though it was really hard to keep the window open). People were definitely smoking there - though it’s considered non-smoking. 2. No one on the front desk. But this is I think because of a huge workload on the person, he’s running around.

Overall it was clean: floor, bed clothing, bathroom. The front desk guy was polite.

Hotel seems old and our first room was dirty. Second room was better, but still not the best. Breakfast was not the best.

The person that checked us in was extremely pleasant and helpful. We had an issue with our first room and she quickly rectified the problem without hesitation.
