United StatesThat the sofa couch didn't have clean sheets or pillows of covers for it. There was no trash can in the bathroom. The ice machine was broken and the smell was not pleasant. The breakfast wasn't warm and tasted old. The milk was warm even in the fridge. No one. Even cleaned the dining room. No salt and pepper. Room key wouldn't work the door to the hall.
The size of the room and that it held my family comfortable, we was happy it included breakfast.

United StatesI had no carafe or pot on the coffe maker. When I asked about it they said that they would try to find me one. No one ever found one for me and I have had to use instant coffe which I absolutely hate. :( I also still have not been refunded for the $50 deposit for the room. Every time I inquire about this I have been told it was sent to my bank. It most definetly has not been sent to my bank. I am getting very frustrated about this.
The room was clean, large, had a decent refrigerator and microwave. I do like that the kichen area had some dishes, except silverware. The TV was a decent size with a better option of programming. The bathroom was also clean and a decent size room.

CanadaThey only gave us 2 big towels for three people. No facecloths or other towels. We had to go to front desk in another building to collect the new towels. There was hair in the bathroom sink, hair on the soap dish, a long hair on the wall and the tub. There was still garbage in the garbage can.
The breakfast was nice. Front desk staff were friendly. Only a 10 minute drive to King's Island (depending on traffic).

United States1. Disgusting smell in the room, it was impossible to breath until I let some fresh air (though it was really hard to keep the window open). People were definitely smoking there - though it’s considered non-smoking. 2. No one on the front desk. But this is I think because of a huge workload on the person, he’s running around.
Overall it was clean: floor, bed clothing, bathroom. The front desk guy was polite.
