The whole set up of the hotel is just a little weird. The front desk and lobby are on the 2nd floor and the hotel is wedged between a storage place and some condos. We ended up in a wheelchair accessible room because the regular 2 queen rooms on Booking.com said in the description that they only had 1 bed and we definitely needed 2, so I booked that room just to be on the safe side. So it was honestly just a little weird - not anyone's fault. The shower went all over the place and we were constantly soaking that up with towels. The breakfast was just OK. Enough food and not super crowded most of the days we were there, but there wasn't much variety and not a ton of healthy options. However, the gal that was working the breakfast couldn't have been lovelier or more accommodating. And the pool was serviceable at best.

The location was pretty good - close to where we needed to be with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by. The room was fine - nothing special. My husband liked the kitchen, but I thought some of the dishes were questionably clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone was very nice.

Marcus Williams was extremely helpful in getting my computer connected to the internet. He went above and beyond to assist me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Marcus at the front desk is fantastic! He is so attentive and really cares about your experience at their hotel. Several times he brought us towels to our room when housekeeping skipped us. He’s so friendly and made our stay enjoyable! The hotel itself is modern and has nice amenities. The gym has a couple treadmills, ellipticals and weights. The pool is equipped with a handicap lift. The room was perfect for our stay. My husband was working from his laptop and the desk area was comfortable for the week. They have an awesome closet system that you can fit so much and keep it out of the way in the room. It feels like a studio apartment. The kitchen has a full fridge and small cooktop. It’s equipped with some essentials like dishes and a few pots and pans. They allow you to borrow things from the front desk like blenders and slow cookers. They also have games. The lobby area is large and has several types of sitting areas. We visited with friends in the lobby and there was room for us to sit on the couch and chairs and hang out. We would definitely stay here again.

The only issue I noticed on my last day, as I was packing to check out, was tiny little ants in the kitchen area. Not a big deal at all - it is Florida after all; I'm sure an exterminator can handle.

Very pleasant stay. Room and hotel was neat and tidy. Plus the hotel has a little "store" where you can buy little snacks or something. The rooms have a nice kitchen which comes in handy. Staff was friendly and helpful. No major issues.

Parking was really nice. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfy. Location was good. Few fast food restaurants in the vicinity and quite a calm place.

- The breakfast is the same every day, no variation. Tasteless scrambled eggs stretched with water and a sausage which is not fried but tastes like it was frozen and warmed up in the microwave. It can be so easy if you stretch the scrambled eggs with a little milk and slowly heat them up in a cold pan with a little butter. Or a bit of ham too. Breakfast on weekdays starts at 06:30. Twice the cook came after 7 a.m. and I had to go to work without breakfast. A simple "good morning" from the cook would be nice too. - I didn't have a pan or washing-up liquid in the kitchen. The air conditioning in this room didn't work as well as in the previous rooms. It took a long time to cool down. In the morning I set 70 degrees and when I got home from work it was 75 degrees. - Someone was in my room while I was away even though I had the "do not disturb" sign on the door.

- The Manager of the Hotel is very friendly - WIFI is very good - You can grap good coffee in the Lobby 24/7 - I like the machine with cold orange juice and apple juice in the morning - bed is big and good - TV works good - the shower is big and easy to enter

Breakfast area gets busy and needs cleaning occasionally follow through out operations a must didn’t meet expectations. Trash outside doors of rooms need to be picked up from time to time came home late at night and needed to call front desk to neighbors trash scattered on hallway. Some establishments inserts tv control in a plastic wrap pleaser DO THIS!

Typical American scrambled eggs links coffee bread cook your own pancakes with condiments banana and apple begins early on the day otherwise nothing exceptionally

WHEN WE ARRIVED IN I WENT IN MY ROOM IT HAD A BAD SMELL IN I TOOK THE ISSUE TO THE FRONT DESK THEY WAS FIANNA MOVE ME IN A FAMILY MEMBER BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY MORE ROOM'S SIDE BY SIDE IN WE HAD OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS STAYING NEXT DOOR TO US SO WE DUKED IT OUT AND SPRAYED IT DOWN WITH PERFUME 🤦

For the most part the room was nice and clean but the sheets were dirty and when I asked the guy at the front desk for new sheets it seemed as if he was aggravated and that I was being dramatic about them being dirty. My boyfriend had to strip the bed and put the new ones on; very inconvenient!

The gym is non existent. The breakfast is one of the greediest I’ve encountered. The location is very mediocre. The value of paying over $300 a night for a mediocre hotel really hurts.
