I don't know which appliance in the room is making noises, making it hard to fall asleep at night.

The only thing was breakfast. Not as good as other properties we've stayed at. The eating area is great, accommodating, and comfortable. They were not prepared for a large group/rush, therr was a long line for eggs and sausage ran out before I got some.. (I was there 30 min before the end of breakfast) when the gentlemen running things came around to let people know breakfast was closing in 5 min. I still wasn't able to get any meet or eggs. The next day without the crowds and early there were much better choices and amounts.

The staff here is amazing and cared about our unique needs. Our son was shipping out to the military and we were here to attend his swearing in and see him off. When we panicked because he forgot to pack something and was missing an important document they gave him the item he forgot to pack and helped us get the document printed. They were warm and authentically cared. The night we said goodbye, the Man at the front desk intercepted us in the lobby and fed us some of the worst/best dad jokes I've heard. He has no idea how much bringing laughter to a somber moment helped us.

We arrived about 330pm, I reserved a King Suite on a high Floor. I was told our room wouldn’t be ready until 4pm. My wife and I had somewhere to be by 5 and we still needed to clean up and change first. He offered a room that was ready on. The 2nd floor so I took it. I was not informed that it was not a comparable room. It was a Full size bed not a king suite. I was offered any compensation or free parking anything. Other that initial disappointment everything else went smoothly. This was the first weekend away for my wife and I in several years as our 4 boys are grown now. I never said anything to my wife as I did all the travel arrangements air/car (Benz)/hotel. The older gentleman working Saturday night was a funny guy super nice.

Didn’t have much option regarding food for lunch or dinner. There isn’t any nearby restaurants in a walking distance besides a Marriott which has a restaurant.

Staff was so nice!!! Very friendly and girls upfront super nice. Hotel was exceptionally clean! The cleaning staff does an amazing job. We found out this hotel is 6 minutes from my sister in laws new house afterall so we will be staying here again for sure. Nice variety of drinks and food and medicine I needed while we were here. Loved that parking wasn't an arm and a leg and deposit was great too. They also let us check in early so that was great too! We came from a 3 hour trip and so tired we were so happy they could accommodate us.

The breakfast was over all nice but very similar daily. The barn door entrance to the bathroom was right next to one of the beds, thankfully I was that person who slept right next to the door since I am the first person up in the morning.

The property was so clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked the table that we all were able to sit at for snacks and games. The kitchen was nice for light meals and snacks.

Didn’t like it when I was checking in service was not great at that time .

I like my stay there I like the hotel. I like the people that worked in the hotel except the front desk help the lady was not nice when I checked in . I think she could’ve smiled more when I walked in and been more friendly with help me checking in .

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. The staff was extremely friendly, and they were exceptionally kind to my grandson. In addition we appreciated the fact that the staff allowed us to keep our suitcases at the hotel while we were exploring San Diego. My older daughter was participating in a graduation so she was able to get ready at the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel again.

I would consider getting exhaust into the bathrooms, there were vents in the rooms but nothing to turn on the exhaust leading the bathroom to stay very steamy unless you leave the door open. The pool is great, and glad it is heated, just wish it was a little more heated. Wasn't very cold but could have been warmer.

The breakfast and always available coffee/water were great. I had the sausage and the eggs, but didn't want to wait in line for the waffle, i'd consider getting a second one. Liked the rooms and bathroom, felt spacious enough even for 2.
