Staff are really good and this is a well maintained hotel, I didn't do breakfast but it was included so no comments here. Wifi is great and the location is easy to drive to with lots of parking.

Sagging mattress

Clean place, very nice staff, perfect location for our purpose, decent breakfast. Everything worked in the room (good AC!) except the mattress sagged a lot. Staff told us all the mattresses were due for replacement in the next 12 months.

It was difficult to work the TV. Maybe the batteries were getting old in the remote?

Lovely room, and appreciated the free upgrade. We chose this location due to the close proximity to the Oregon Clinic, where we had an appt. Super friendly staff!

We've been coming here since the place was new, 2 to 3 times per year, and I can't think of anything we don't like.

Hotel is clean, as always, beds very comfortable, GOOD PILLOWS. Nice kitchen, Outside grounds well kept, safe atmosphere. Friendly staff. Very quiet. Good place to bring our dog, he is very happy here and staff and other guests are nice to him. Walking trail behind the hotel is lined with a pond full of wildlife (we've seen a great blue heron there). The trail leads to shopping areas and nearby restaurants, including natural foods and two great international markets.

Never heard any noises from other guests, but I did from a close by interstate. I travel with a white noise machine, so no problem for me at all. I hate Marriott soft pillows.

We had a studio King and it was pretty small. We would stay in a larger unit next trip.

We were traveling with a cat so I let them know ahead of time and when we arrived there were food bowls prepared in the room. Traveling with pets is so stressful so I appreciated that care they showed us.

We had kids in the room upstairs who were constantly running around. We didn't mind but we could hear them running around. There wasn't a trash room, so anytime we needed to throw a large box, we needed to bring it downstairs and ask the front desk. They were always really pleasant about it though.

The location was very convenient - 10 mins away from Cedar Hills, 15 mins from downtown, 5 mins from Target and Uwajimaya. The staff was very pleasant and very accommodating. The breakfast was good b/c they offered fresh fruits, cereal and milk, oatmeal and eggs. The room was a littler smaller than I expected but it had a full size refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher and dishes; and lots of storage space. The showers had great water pressure.
