Check in was suppose to be at 3pm so we planned to be there by that time and then was told it’s not ready. After 1.5hrs of riding around a strange town still no phone call from hotel. Drove back to hotel to see what issue was and was told she didn’t enter my phone number in computer so couldn’t call to tell me it was ready. Seriously?

Very nice Hotel. Many food choices close by. All areas of hotel were kept very clean, room was nice, hallways, elevators, and breakfast area were always clean. Staff very friendly and helpful with questions. Skyline Drive 20minites away.

Position of TV, kind of awkward but wasn't planning on watching TV

The beds were a little bit too low, but I’m taller than average so it was fine

It was right in the center of a shopping center that had everything that you could want at Walmart, Cracker Barrel chipotle Starbucks love the pool love the staff loved everything. Everything was amazing.

The only thing to complain about is that they were out of yogurts for breakfast when we got there more than 1 our before it would stop being served.

I had a dog and was not told what the cost would be by either booking.com or the hotel when I wrote them to let them know I was bringing a dog. I got a surprise $75 additional charge at the front desk when I went to check in. Also, Booking.com had not sent my information to the hotel so they had no record of my reservation. I had to call them in order to have my information sent to the hotel. I didn’t appreciate this complication after a full day of driving. I had prepaid and had to spend 20 minutes sorting this out. My confidence in Booking.com to get things right is shaken.

They have one of the better continental breakfasts I have seen. There are many options for you to choose from and that was really great, especially when you have children. The room was spacious, and I was surprised by the full fridge, stove, dishwasher and all the kitchen supplies to cook with. There is a decent gym so that made my husband happy. All of the staff was friendly and this location was close to shopping and dining.

I travelled to the area for business. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was clean s was the rest of the hotel. The gym was large and easy to access.

Room was still decorated from valentine’s days. Store and Bar looked a little out of place when compared to rest of hotel. Store appeared full but cluttered. Bar looked like I was at a nice party in the kitchen of someone’s house. This is probably more my issue, because if I was traveling with family I would have appreciated it more.

I wish there would've been a crib that I requested.

Great location, close to everything you may need. Rooms are so cozy and clean. Staff is kind and friendly. Breakfast was good overall, I wish there was some sort of breakfast meat like sausage or bacon. Eggs are watered down which were gross. They have a great variety of flavored yogurts and add ons for your oatmeal and waffles.
