When I booked I booked a two bedroom suite and when I got there it wasn't available and I booked a month in advance they did give me two rooms same price but wat if I brought kids I didn't get a notification or anything... And the price for one night a little pricey but other then that I didn't have a problem wit the staff or anything else...

Not much in walking distance, but good location for a quick trip downtown. Bedroom more spacious than the living space, which made it a bit tight with a family of 4 (2 kids under 7). Some lights didn't work, glass on a mirrored closet door was cracked, and the TVs were real funny with the remotes trying to operate 2 menus with the same button at the same time. Room was a little musty, But, The breakfast was excellent, water was hot, plenty of dishes and storage in the kitchen. Breakfast provided was a great spread. The parling lot is secured, and overall we had a great time here.

There was only a weird smell in the room, apart from that, the rest was just fine.

The location is near Albany medical campus. They offer good size rooms in a clean , safe area.

I didn't like customer service on the second day. I couldn't get through to the receptionist after several attempts and I finally got through I requested an ironing board that I never received until the next day. She stated she was checking in another guest and didn't know how long it would take. Breakfast on Sunday was horrible. Very unorganized. No hot water for the oatmeal, the waffle mix was too thin, no orange juice or eggs.

I liked the location. It was close to where our activities were.

It was an unfortunate time to visit as the hotel was under new management and even though they were helpful always it was a problem with organisation. Breakfast was not organised well and basic items were not replenished when they had run out.

Overall stay was good, expectations of a Marriott Owned property were not met. A few minor maintenance concerns were unexpected. Hot tub jets were not working, cable on one of the tvs was not working, transition point at carpet and flooring was loose and caused a tripping hazard. Refrigerator was unbalanced and very loud and then also room was not furnished with extra linens / bedding for the pull out sofa. All though these things were inconvenient the staff was apologetic and helped make our stay comfortable and restful. The staff was friendly and understanding. Breakfast was good, kitchen staff was overwhelmed by the amount of people coming through the facility.

My son was supposed to use the sofa bed but the mattress was stained and should probably be replaced. He ended up sleeping in the bed with me. The kitchen was ok, but there were some leftover crumbs, I guess from whoever stayed there before us, that were not cleaned up. The hotel is a little outdated. Not bad, but I am used to staying at more modern hotels where you swipe your card, etc. This one still uses the old-school cards you have to insert into the slot. You can tell they tried to upgrade a few things like the floors, but overall it still has a 90s look to it.

Overall it was a nice room. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The pool area was nice. The gym was very clean. The staff was super friendly and cheerful. The guys doing the breakfast the two days I stayed were the best! I never saw anyone being grumpy or causing drama, even when my son made a mess by accident. Full size fridge in the room was a definite plus. Restaurants were a 5 minute drive away, McDonalds and Walgreens across the street, and the museum was about another 5 minutes away.

there were a lot of children in the pool from 5pm till10pm screaming and making a lot of noiase and when they left the pool area they were running arround the hotel till late and sadly for us were above us so the banging and loud noise continued late. due to the number of children in the pool area for so long we were unable to use the facilities. the breakfast again should have been good but for the children having most of it nad returnign quite a few times nad using up the produce.

The only issue we had was caused by other guests. There were some teens who were banging on doors and then running away after midnight.

Easy check in/check out. The room was bigger than expected and was very clean. We arrived late and left very early so our experience was very abbreviated.
