It was in the middle of renovations so a few issues with rooms. But staff did their best to resolve. Our room needed a few more creature comforts like charging sockets and a side table but hopefully they are sorting. Could be a great hotel with just a few tweaks

The walking path to the beach is not very safe. It's literally on the busy street where lots of cars try to park or wait for guests from neighboring facilities, and also back sides of some restaurants with dirt and smell. The room had everything needed, but the shower in the room didn't have doors, and the floor got all wet. I'm glad we didn't overpaid for ocean view, it was nothing close to worth it because of construction sites.

The place is perfect for a couple of nights stay. It's pretty clean, even with some renovations on site. It's close to the beach. The stuff was super friendly.

A 200$ credit card deposit is required even for one night. It’s absolutely disproportionate as there are other systems in practice in other hotels. In my case the deposit will only be refunded in 1 month… Also, the noise isolation could be much better as the room can get a lot of noise from both outdoors and also from the hotel hallways.

Location is top, close to everthing and just few steps from the beach, very big bed, modern and clean toilet and the hotel provides beach chairs and towels. Price is very competitive for what you get.

My main issue wasn't with the hotel but rather the noise outside the hotel. There was loud bass music playing from somewhere and also a lot of street noise from people and it got in the way of sleep unfortunately.

The room had everything I needed. There was a safe, mini fridge, iron, hairdryer, nice towels. There was also a coffee maker and toiletries. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. It is also a very short easy walk to the beach from the hotel.

Construction work started really early in the same street so it was loud in the morning.

Clean Room, friendly staff and enough space to put down suitcases and bags. Room Service everyday with fresh towels, 2 chairs with an umbrella and beach towels at beach front and all day coffee and tea included in resort fee. CVS just a one minute walk away, the beach right next to the hotel and around 20-25 minutes walk to Ocean Drive. Enough possibilities to go out for food or clubbing in the area.

This was an older hotel - and need maintenance after hours - No one was available to correct a issue we had in our room. The phone number on Booking.com was incorrect - therefore we could not speak directly with the hotel. We had to call Booking.com several times and wee were told to email the hotel with questions. This hotel needs to update their profile information.

The first full day there the room had not been attended to when we returned very late in the afternoon. Not sure if this was an oversight somehow. Had to contact the cleaning staff who did respond promptly. The bathroom is very, very basic and small. There is no vanity/counter space. Just a pedestal sink so there's no room to place anything. The bathroom did not have a fan so it became very steamed up and humid. Also, there is poor lighting in the room itself. No overhead light. There was an odd light with a weird box kite like shade hanging down in one corner of the room, which had to be plugged in to turn on.

The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The reception staff was welcoming. The included breakfast, while light, was very good. The hotel is also well located with easy access to the beach and the free trolley for exploration. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. It was pretty quiet because it is located on a side street. The A/C worked well.

Would like to stay a bit longer in the room, even paying a late check out, but the main lady at the front desk ( Ithink her name was Nisri), didn't allow it. I could stay a bit more but would have been helpful to stay until 1pm, paying, I repeat, but this would have allowed me to go to the beach in the morning. The check in is at 3pm, so, if I could have paid to stay until 1pm, the hotel would still have had two hours for cleaning the room for the following guests, if there were, as the hotel was not crowded on those days.

Nice hotel and close to the beach. Staff very kind, specially Juan Jose, the Colombian person at the front desk, which was the most kind and helpful person. Breakfast was very good for the value. Free coffee and tea all day just close the hall (in the breakfast area) which was really good. The hotel is very clean, which is great, and there was a person cleaning my room, a man from Cuba (I think), called Dijan (I'm sure I'm making a mistake with the name (sorry for that!), but cannot remember exactly how it was, but for sure they know!! :-)

They just finished the renovation on the roof deck, so we wasn't able to enjoy the view as we would have liked. Hopefully, they'll add some seating wirh tables and a bar to enhance the environment and guests stay.

The location is good. Not to far from the shopping area, bus stop in walking distance, 2 mins.. There's several buses that stop there to get you to wherever you need to go. As well as the free trolley.

Nothing to dislike really, Rear/side facing room overlooks some (what I assume) AC compressor units that run flat out. It is on the noisey side, but it's a minor complaint. Rooms are cleaned impeccably (when attended), and it's clear the room service staff work very hard. We do appreciate it. We also requested a later check out as we have a later flight, which the hotel staff did allow. That was a great help and really appreciated Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a reasonably priced room to access Miami delights. Thanks, team
