☹️ EVERY NIGHT IS A LOT OF NOISE AND THE HOTEL, DONT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. REFRIGERATOR SPIL WATER AND ALMOST I FALL. THE FAUCET FOR WASH YOUR HANDS SPILL WATER TOO AND I TOLD THE HOTEL AND DO NOTHING ABOUT. TOO BAD BECAUSE I LIKE THE HOTEL BUT NO WITH THIS PROBLEMS, SPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE THEY GAVE US ☹️

It was not very clean. The floor was dirty in the room and inside the restroom. There was dirt behind the beds and around the entire room.

The a/c unit in the room was damaged and could not be controlled from the knobs on the unit, which made our first nights sleep almost unbearable. I had to take the unit apart to adjust the a/c so that we could stay comfortably on our second night.

The location of the facility was close to the venue of the concert we were attending.

Some more environmental/health considerations would be appreciated. 1. There was a smell of chemicals (cleaning, I suppose), which I am not fond of... I also learned that the cleaning chemicals are not good for your health. 2. There was a mosquito trapped in the room and preyed on me. I am against using chemical sprays to kill them, because more and more of it will be required in the future - perhaps a mosquito net? 3. When I stayed in January, there was just one bar of soap, which was sufficient. It was also in a brown paper box (less energy used and recyclable). This time, however, there were two small ones plus two large ones, which was much more than I needed. They were also in plastic bags (not recyclable).

Floors were dirty. Took us an hour to get the TV to work. Lots of unfavorable neighbors aka ladies of night.

Staff helped us fast with a couple issues. The bathroom mirror was neat. Great location for SoFi stadium.

It could’ve been cleaner! The T.V. wasn’t working properly. So we didn’t watch T.V. had to use our tablet. They had just wet the ground so it almost caused me to slip going to my room. And it made the floor dirty!

When I asked for extra pillows and towels they provided them with no problem.

Rooms are not clean enough, I could see the hair of people that was there before me. I need to do a early cheackout and no one it was there.

The box spring was disgusting. Looked like blood was saturated in it. The bathroom door didn’t close, and the sink was very slow to drain.

My room was tended to every day of my 5 night stay, but it would have been nice to have a Do Not Disturb sign to hang outside my door when some days I didn’t want service.

Bed was hard; There were small minor repairs needed; Toilet seat was loose and uneven; It was in rough area; Police had a do an arrest; Guests were yelling & screaming in the late hours; Did my best to see the good side; However, hotel attendants was professional & amazing. Did get the ice box and microwave as stated and got 1st floor too! Gratitude! Yes!

There was a smell coming from the bathroom vent like mildew. The guest internet did not work The cable TV wouldn't turn channels. There was a towel in the bathroom with stains on it.

The room I had faced the boulevard and the street was so noisy. There was no way anyone could sleep with the noise of the street.

I’ve stayed at the facility wrote but in a room that was not on the street and I had a great stay and so I rebooked. The facility was clean.
