The pool was closed and we couldn’t use it, and they tried to charge us $20 extra for arriving 40 minutes before 15h, even though the room was ready. There was no coffee either.

The room is rather big and the bed is comfortable. There is microwave and fridge.

The pool was out of order, as were the soda machines. I found hair on the towels and in the sink. I felt the early check-in price could be adjusted to a flat rate instead of hourly.

The grounds were very well kept. The room was excellent. I liked that there was both a fridge and microwave in the room.The location is great if you're doing business with LAX, which I was. I felt pretty safe during my stay. I also like that early check-in was offered.

There were other guests who were not travelers on the go, more like locals looking for a place to congregate. The towels and sheets are basic paper thin, tho they are clean. NO ELEVATOR so big bag or staircase issues need limited first floor. The BLINDS COVERING WINDOWS are wooden country kitchen cute and let it lots of light taking away privacy.

If u have HEAVY LUGAGE CLARIFY 1st FLOOR.Close to airport, inexpensive, clean, efficient. You get a place to reset your head for roughly 100$ no frills, 24 hr. Food place on the corner. Fridge on the room. Staff is nice

The photos featured online did not match the actual room at all. The room was dark and dilapidated and a bit scary looking - I’m glad we only stayed for one night. Considering the quality, it felt like a $70/night stay rather than $120

It was a 30 min walk from SoFi Stadium, which was very convenient for the purpose of our trip. Linens were clean and bed was comfortable enough.

The staff didn’t let me check in until 330pm. So. I check in at 4pm, when i go in to the room, the bedsheet wasn’t change and toilet was dirty. I request to clean it and finally happen at 5pm

Could have been a lot more cleaner. My check in time was 3:00pm and the room was not ready until 6pm. The bed was not clean, there was not any extra toilet paper and the office was a mess.

big room with air conditioning that actually worked. It was close by SoFi stadium with tons of food and other things to do. Ubers were very cheap and the airport was close by.

The bed was comfortable, I put on some heat, and I thought someone was knocking on the door next to come to find out it was the heat!Ac unit. No iron, no closet, no drawer. It's just a plain room for 1 night. And too many strange men in office and outside . Very creepy

TV screen had about 10 white spots though we weren't visiting just to watch TV it would've been nice if the screen was in better condition.

Location was good we wanted close to Sofi for the game. It was good for a 2 night stay. Clean towels, new soap bars, bathroom was good, beds were comfortable, quiet area.

A serious drawback - the traveler cannot leave luggage for storage in the hotel. This is outrageous and unacceptable for a hotel in such a big city as Los Angeles. This service is very necessary and it goes without saying, especially if the traveler did not come by car. However, after several requests, the staff categorically refused to leave my luggage for half a day. Very far and inconvenient to get to downtown by public transport.
