United StatesDuly noted that there is no hair dryer... standard in motels for many years now, this could be an issue.... No one travels with a hair dryer anymore. Only soap and towels provided, no lotion or shampoo. Would like a coffee maker in the room. Walking all the way to the office for coffee is a negative for me... I want to wake up with coffee in hand.
Having learned the difference in rooms and pricing , a week before, I upgraded this one to deluxe in order to have the frig and micro. I consider these amenities essential. The room is also larger.

United StatesOur shower curtain was too short / small and didn't cover to bottom of the shower. Water got everywhere on the floor around the shower. The sink water pressure made it to where you had to be very careful or you would spray yourself and / everything around the sink.
The staff were so sweet and accommodating. Our room was well kept and clean. Very lovely.

United StatesTo my dismay I previously from this stay experienced an extremely unsatisfactory stay at a different motel, which if you truly do care, and with whom I used Priceline as many other times but because of a mistake on my end, the booking process, the person in charge did nothing and was also as evenly rude to the point I almost was siding to never do business with that companies or affiliated ever again. I understood the location was in a less desirable location but still would have expected my money to be as considered as welcoming regardless of the location the worker at this location chose to deal with me in an odd like personal way, even needlessly involving security to which I'd honestly say was having the interest of displaying complete respect and consideration even at my booking fault to fix the issue. I was actually disgusted at the level of professionalism the situation was handled. As you can see there's a lot more that I have to explain about this whole deal so if you want to know reach me and I'll be happy to explain and I'm not saying I am unhappy with the booking system that I used but if you were to go further with this and resolving the matter I would actually be happy and I understand that there's always possibilities for bad dealings to occur but with the right kind of business ethics those problems can be overturned so I guess I'll see what happens from here
What I appreciated was having another reoccurring transaction with my expectations being held as I'd expect and hope like so many times before.

United StatesThe bed was not the most comfortable. Could use a new mattress. Also would be nice to have 4 pillows on the bed instead of just two. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.
Room was very clean. The lady at check in and the lady at check out were both very friendly and polite. Nice staff. Explained rules very clear and were helpful with questions I had. Parking was right out my room which was nice. Place was quiet so that was great.
