"Breakfast" was really lacking. Some muffins and yogurt.

It was an inexpensive room where we needed to stay and we were able to keep our dog with us.

The location is a good one, close to several businesses, restaurants and local attractions (Fort Ticonderoga, Mount Defiance).

Rooms could have been cleaner. Floors were dirty. There was long hair hanging from the shower knob when we checked in. “Continental breakfast” just a few items on a counter.

AC light indicated filter attention needed. Bath tub drainage needed attention...sluggish draining of water. Breakfast items minimal.

Close to attractions and shopping and restaurants. Ease of getting to room. Requested ground floor, no elevator, we were accommodated. Parking good.

Location was central. Compared to the Montgomery location, this was a palace. The room was clean and safe. Katie was very helpful extending our booking.

Breakfast was pretty much non existent, hot drinks, a few yogurts and some wrapped pastry that was it! We didn’t expect a big spread but maybe some cereal or toast would have been nice

Breakfast was not all that good. Lost water in the morning due to water main break. Could have done a better job telling us about places to eat. Heard some loud bangs in the hallway around 11 PM.

Location was convenient. Check-in was good.

The carpet in the halls and public areas seriously needs replacement. And a little outside landscaping and sweeping up regularly would make a world of difference for an even much more pleasant place to stay.

As a Super 8, we didn't expect much other than cleanliness. It was actually much better than we thought. Of course, the rooms are spare but the WiFi was excellent. It was also quieter than expected--given it's on a busy intersection--and the bed wasn't bad either. For the price, a quick night or two here would save you money that might be unnecessarily spent. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful with a cheery demeanor. The manager, Mindy, went out of her way to solve a lighting problem in our room. The staff seemed to do all they could to make our staff pleasant.

Bathroom. The toilet was loose and made a loud banging sound when sitting down. The shower curtain rod was loose and fell on the person showering.

The windows were really dirty outside. At least you could open them and wipe them down with a towel as far as you could reach, but they to do it more often.

The breakfast provided was below basic expectations in terms of quality and variety. The vending machines were out of order. So, even drining watewas not available. Need to take more care about cleaniness.

The hotel is right beside a main highway with lumber trucks heading to the local paper pulp mill. Most of the drivers were courteous, however a few decided to use their jake brakes coming down the hill to the stop light which was loud and annoying. The exterior windows could use a cleaning.

The property was adequate and what I expected., neat that is was a large log cabin construction. The continental grab & go breakfast had great coffee, pastry, and yogurt.

Beds had odd metal platforms under them. Seemed very worn and tired. Just had an overall icky feel to it.

Bed was uncomfortable and had some sort of metal bed skirt that sounded like a drum every time it was bumped...disconcerting. Hard to find road entrance not helped by GPS taking us to a road with no access.

Great staff. Room equipped nicely with fridge. Microwave, safe. McDonalds right there.

A very mediocre hotel, as usual with Super 8, and a very poor value. Much more expensive than normal Super 8. Only stayed there for the location. Lousy breakfast. Just a poor place.
