The rooms are very old and smelly. Looks like they haven’t clean, really clean them.

Let me start off by saying the staff was amazing the facility is a old hotel so it can use some remodeling the breakfast could have been way better the location was great I plan on coming back to stay there in the future I really enjoyed the staff and they accommodated me and my family in every way possible

The rooms and amenities are a bit outdated and could use a refresh.

Mistakenly planned a trip to NOLA during Super Bowl week (which was hosted in NOLA). So to get away from the exorbitant prices of downtown NOLA, we (group of 4) decided to book a couple of rooms in Thibodaux the night before our departure flight. The cost per room was way more ideal. The beds were comfortable and clean. However, a fairly basic hotel, but decent enough for our needs.

No coffee cups in the Room, barely any toilet paper, 1 kleenex tissue in the box, door to enter room was very hard to open and close.

The room was dirty, including the shower and the toilet. The TV did not work. The floor was dirty and sticky.

The room was just old; some light fixtures didn't work well, and the lighting was poor. The bathroom fixtures were old, chipped, and stained. The floors were clean-ish, but because it's Louisiana and very humid, there just was no way to keep things from feeling sticky everywhere. There was a vent in the bathroom, but no discernible fan (or switch for a fan), so the shower steam had nowhere to go. There was a phone on the night stand that was not connected, and even when connected did not work (when I tried to call the front desk). The breakfast was minimalist.

The location is terrific! The staff was super helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. They were accessible, cheerful, and capable. I couldn't have higher praise for their service and professionalism. They were the highlight of our stay! Towels and linens were clean and attractively arranged. The pool looked very nice, and although we did not use it, others were enjoying it. The exercise room was a nice addition.

The refrigerator didn't work, the bath tub was dirty, and the paint was pelling in the sink, the towels was dirty.

the bathroom was dirty in both of our rooms, there was loud noise outside of our door, there was a resident of the hotel walking his animal off of a leash, and the bed was uncomfortable, and our ac in 1 of our rooms did not put out like it was supposed to so it was hot.

I liked how helpful the front desk was, when you could find someone up there.

The breakfast wasn’t great. My cable was out and the staff did not respond to calls to fix it. The bathroom had a drop ceiling that was sagging severely, making for a dirty look to the whole room

Room was filthy. My wife cut herself on the bed frame. The beds weren’t comfortable.

Location was good. Front desk guy was great. He was the only one we saw manning the front desk in our 48 hour stay.

We came as a group. The first room I was given , the door did not shut nor lock. Another room had a leaking fridge all over the floor and mildew smell throughout . Ultimately our entire group was uncomfortable and left for another hotel nearby.

Location to what we were in town for. And the young man at the front desk - was FANTASTIC. I give him a 5/5.

Had to go to three different rooms at checkin. 1st room didn’t have 2 queens, the 2nd was already occupied. We had to go to the front desk three different times over two days just to get clean towels, and room keys kept shutting off repeatedly and had to be reactivated.

Staff was friendly and helpful when problems arose. Breakfast was good.

Well I made my reservation about a month or so ago. When we got there they said they didn’t have any room for us. So they wond up putting us on the 2nd floor. Then Sunday morning they put on the bottom floor. The reason we always want a bottom floor is because one of us is hard to walk up stairs.
