The breakfast could easily be improved to ensure better tasting and quality items. No fruit was provided. But understand since there is no restaurant.

The rooms AC was not on when we got there so it was 80 degrees in the room. The fixtures are a little outdated and the Continental breakfast was not very appetizing.

The bathroom was a dated and lacked space to keep toiletries. The lighting in our room was not very efficient. The lights were poorly placed. Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was limited and offered no non-dairy options. Healthier cereal options would be nice.

The location was very convenient with ample parking. The front desk staff were friendly and quite helpful. Our room on the 2nd floor was spacious and the bathroom was a decent size. The patio area was welcoming.

A few quirks, it took a while for someone to answer the phone at the main desk, I couldn't get the water to drain in the tub, you had to push very hard on the buttons to get the tv remote to work. With the bathtub drain, they were willing to send someone to the room but it was late and I was tired. The room was not that quiet but it could have been due to the noise of the air conditioner, and I wasn't far from the elevator. I didn't hear other guests.

The staff went above and beyond helping when they could. They were generous, got ice for me when the machine on the 1st floor didn't work (they went to the 2nd for me), allowed a guest of mine to stay & have breakfast with me. The bed was comfy, nice towels in the bathroom, the room had what you needed.

Behind the bed along the top of the mattress was very dirty. And yes i do look at things like that. It tells me how well they clean or dont clean.

Location to where we need to go was great. Breackfest very good. It was a very unique place. The pool was small but nice. The courtyard was very nice and you could eat outside if you wanted.

Our door cards needed reprogramming almost every other day. We had to continually ask for more towels despite requesting four per day. Some aspects of the facility were showing age including uneven walkway from the rear parking lot. Side door was left open/unlocked which could be a security concern.

Great location and value. Staff was helpful and friendly. I liked the lobby and facilities.

The breakfast offered was plentiful and a range of food. The space was clean. There was an issue with the toilet and they repair person came very promptly. There's also a nice outdoor seating area.

Our tv remote didn’t work. We waited hours for help. We asked the night manager for a blanket. He said he had to bring it up but three hours later we just went to bed I sweatshirts.

The convenience of the location. I was in town to bury my brother and it was close to everything I needed. The staff was accommodating and helpful.
