Your valet who greeted us on Friday and your front desk staff who made my sister, myself and my dog Rosie feel right at home. Such a lovely and special stay. Our room that overlooked the ballpark was fabulous with the soaker tub and amazing shower.

The restaurant food was good for dinner not exceptional. The pretzels with cheese curd was not good but the servers were great.

The staff were extremely friendly!! The gentleman who valet our car was the BEST!!

Bed sheets were weird. No bottom fitted sheet and the flat sheets(2) were short. It was like the bed was short sheeted

The reservation amount did not match the charge for the room- the clerk said they added a fee for miscellaneous stuff and if in a couple days it turned out we shouldn't be charged the additional fee that it would be returned to the card - I hate anyone that puts a fee on a bill without discussing it with the customer

Room service!!! Order was wrong and the person who delivered the food lied about what food he had brought. He asked me to sign a receipt that I could not even read what it said on it.

This hotel is fabulous! The rooms are large and the stag al can’t do enough for you. Great place to pick up and return your hire car from. Lots of local places to eat.

The parking situation was less than desirable! Very congested upon arrival for check in. The parking lot, which was expensive, was 2 blocks away from the hotel!

The view wasn't great from my room, I was overlooking the parking garage for the stadium, but I can't really complain about that too much, knowing it is a downtown location, you get what you get. The 40 dollars for parking seems a bit steep for a "anyone can park here" kind of lot. Unsecured and open. I'm glad I was only staying 1 night so I didn't have to worry too much about someone wanting to get into my vehicle, but I figured there would be some sort of ramp or garage available for the hotel staff and guests. The fee for the Internet was also a bit much I think, generally that's built into the room fee in my experience.

The front desk man ( I didn't get his name- I was exhausted from driving all day), was so nice and pleasant when I arrived. Very smooth check in. The general lobby was very well kept and inviting. I had no issues finding my room and everything was in order when I settled in. I loved the amenities and the overall quietness of my stay, I can't tell if it's because there weren't a lot of occupants on the floor that day or not, but it was nice and quiet. The bathrooms were spacious and very nice, and the bed was very much to my liking, firm but not like a board. The heater/ac was relatively quiet. Also the staff in the front area ( not sure what their job description is), the woman working 12/28 at night was so nice and helpful, I had parked trying to find the lot on my Google maps and she came up and let me know which way to find it and then she happened to be walking by when I was retrieving my bags. She said she was glad I was able to find it alright, and I thanked her again! She also was very sweet to my kitty I had traveling with me Everyone was very helpful and pleasant in my experience.
