The valet parking was $60 dollars and was not disclosed. Obviously valet parking would have a fee, but if disclosed it was that much ($50 plus $12 parking tax) I would have made other plans. It decreases the value of the stay for me.

One elevator from the entrance to the lobby, then across the lobby to a second elevator to the rooms. It had the impersonal feel of a big city hotel, which is what it was.

Location was excellent, making it easy to walk everywhere. The rooms were comfortable. The free coffee is Starbucks, so that was a nice perk.

The bathroom was already a bit outdated. The breakfast room without windows. Parking at the hotel available but very expensive.

A hotel without many pretensions. It has what you need and nothing more. Cleanliness ok. Breakfast ok. Location was good to visit Philadelphia.

I always have a hard time regulating the temperature in a hotel room and The Westin was no exception. I was sometimes too warm and other times too cool.

Breakfast: Good. Lots of options and the staff person (a woman) who was on duty Sunday morning was lovely. Staff at the hotel entrance went out of their way to get me taxis, even though the ‘button’ they use to call a taxi wasn’t working. One man (tall, slim) even walked me down a block or two and hailed a taxi! This was on Saturday morning when the street was blocked off for the wedding festivities. Staff at the front desk were also polite and professional.

The lunch and dinner menu….. Not the greatest! I did not complain about it thou and one of the baristas/ Lovely bartenders assisted me without me even mentioning it!

Breakfast @ the facility was amazing, I loved breakfast! I stayed Feb. 28th to March 2nd. There was a beautiful wedding weekend @ the hotel. The family members gowns, suits, attire all around were beautiful. Salmon @ the Lea restaurant was amazing!!!! Staff was Amazing ALL weekend

Our booking had breakfast included but we didn't get any breakfast vouchers and had to insist significantly before convincing them to give us vouchers for the four of us. They kept saying that normally breakfast isn't included and booking.com should have specified that.

The room was spacey (even for a family with two children like us), and the staff was friendly and professional, especially the food staff at breakfast. The room had a huge TV with Netflix/Amazon/Disney+ which the children appreciated.

The staff especially the front desk and the doorman were super friendly. The front desk let us check in in the morning after our super early flight. The doorman chatted with us and told us about which direction to walk. Felt really warmed. The location is good.

One day, housekeeping did not clean, just made bed. Forgot to give new towels and bath mat. We had to call for towels.

Parking is expensive. Breakfast service was friendly but slow. They didn't get our order right.

Amazing service!! Kudos to Anthony at check-in. We’d had a long day and he was so welcoming and cheerful. He upgraded our room to a beautiful suite, thanked us for our Marriott loyalty and gave us a free round of drinks and our breakfast benefit. The next day the breakfast manager brought a gift bag of granola to our room because we left the restaurant too quickly for him to give it to us there. Just a really nice stay, we felt very pampered.
