My booking was supposed to include breakfast and at check in I was told I had $50 credit for breakfast. However I have been charged the full $56 for breakfast. Also at check in my booking was registered as Mr Peter John which caused confusion as my surname of Bradshaw had not been used in the booking. I hope this helps, regards Peter John Bradshaw

-mini bar fridge was broken -ADA shower gets water everywhere on the bathroom floor -breakfast isnt available all day -awning in valet/entrance to lobby isn't rain proof...very strange

We did not like the way the the hostess at the restaurant for breakfast treated us! She was very unpolite saying that as we did not reservation we could not have breakfast inside the room, but we were staying at the hotel.... it was very compelling.

Hotel is very modern and confortable. Vallet service works out very well. We liked our stay! Hotel is very well located as well.

Leave a note for the people that bring dogs to make sure they clean up the mess around the property. I didn't notice if there were any doggy waste trash bins in the area, but that would possibly help.

The location of the Westin felt a little away from the busyness of the city. It was next to the Police Department so there were people out on the street (not a lot) throughout the weekend. It was easy to get on to I-55 from here and easy to find. The rooms were nice as well as the bathroom. We had a double queen room, that came with a shower tub combination and the depth of the tub was awesome. The indoor heated pool was awesome as well. We did not go in the Jacuzzi, but they have one. We also did not eat at the property. Front desk workers were super nice!

The price of the hotel room does not include parking for the car. It doesn’t have a parking area You have to pay to leave your car on the street in front of the hotel, where you can visualize that it is an area where you should not park because you are exposed to having your car towed, or you leave your car in a parking lot when passing the street in front of the hotel having to pay and leave your car key with the valet parking, and it is not comfortable to do it. All this increases the value of the stay at the hotel. If I had had that information I would not have stayed..

Timmy did not have a reservation according to the Westin. We were charged for this room from booking when the Westin said they had no reservation and had to put another room on our corporate card.
