The weather outside wasn't the best but the hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would definitely be booking again and recommending this hotel to my family and friends in the future 😊.... I have nothing but positive things to say about this wonderful hotel

There's a big LED screen outside of the building. Although I close the curtain at night, the LED screen still makes the room bright. I cannot sleep well.

I loved my stay! I came for a concert and I was super impressed as soon as I walked in. The staff were friendly and the hotel had everything I needed and more. The CVS vending machine was a life saver. The room was clean and spacious, the shower was amazing (especially after the concert). They even had a little lavender oil roller for better sleep; that along with the comfortable bed made me sleep like a rock. It was within walking distance of the Toyota Pavilion and a row of restaurants.

They don't have microwaves in the rooms, and the fridges are extremely small considering a family a four with 2 littles.

There is no vent in the bathroom. The person who checked us in was not very forthcoming with information about the hotel.

Great location has plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. We went for a concert at the Toyota Music Center and it was walking distance to there. Great restaurants on property and a nice heated pool.

Our remote in the room did not work very well...it took about 15 minutes to get it to turn on Netflix, sign in, etc. We just gave up. I was a bit annoyed, because I just wanted to relax and watch TV after a long day. The blow dryer probably needs replacing in the room, it kept shutting off, however I brought my own so I just fetched that from my luggage. Overall, the complaints were small, but we did enjoy the properly working comforts of the room.

I was attending a book fest at the convention center next door, so location was perfect. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast downstairs, and were very impressed with the chorizo and egg empanadas. They were delicious!!! The price per person to eat was what I would expect.

I find this hotel to be a little pricey but I love the location and the feel of the place. It is within walking distance of the toyota music factory, the convention center and several bars and restaurants.

I mean.....it's hit or miss here. I have had mostly excellent Front desk staff and stay quite often. I always know that I might have to ask for another room because the room may or may not be clean.....😂😂😂 The managers are all amazing. This last stay it looked like the floors once off the elevator going to your room had not been vacuumed in more than a week or so. I like that the hotel doesn't have a lot of cloth furniture and mostly wood features in the rooms because bedbugs are a concern and on the rise. We will probably stay here again just because the Hotel Crescent rooms are awkward and Rosewood Mansion is just too expensive to stay at every time we come down to Dallas. Overall, I would say the room layout is better than the Crescent. It seems like higher end hotel have been having issues with cleaning staff lately, but it was a pandemic and I figure it is going to take a bit for hotels to get back up to standard. Thanks for always changing out rooms when our room was clean. And thanks for the extra bottles of water!!! See you again soon. The Bennetts.
