The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, it was so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious every morning. I enjoyed the pool and the flowers surrounding the property, it felt very tranquil.

Our stay at the property was exceptional from start to finish. Leslie and Geoff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to show us around. The Venezia room was spotless and thoughtfully appointed, and the jetted hot tub provided a truly relaxing experience—everything was beautifully maintained, and fresh towels and toiletries were provided as needed. Each morning, breakfast was something we eagerly anticipated: consistently delicious and varied over our three-night stay. Beyond the well-crafted meals, the amenities at the property were top-notch: a stunning pool, complimentary snacks, and ample parking spaces. We were also delighted by the convenience of beach access—beach chairs and an umbrella were provided, making local beach time effortless. In short, every detail was impeccably managed, and the overall atmosphere was both picturesque and welcoming. We could not have asked for a better getaway.

The breakfast options were very well thought out and prepared nicely. The owner's are a lovely couple who were so thoughtful when they offered my husband an evening sandwich while he waited for me to attend a music rehearsal nearby. We had just driven in from out of town and ran into extreme traffic on our way, so we hadn't had a chance to get supper. On our 3rd morning they gave us a voucher for a great breakfast place so we could have a new meal experience at a local favorite. Very nice accommodations with a cozy fireplace in the room. Comfortable bed with plush pillows. The whole area is great for exploring.

Nick and Jill were very accommodating to our dietary needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we were able to eat safely. Additionally, they are very friendly. We could have spoke to them for hours about their travels and businesses. We feel we left with new friends.

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect. 😍

Breakfast was simply magnificent. Anything and everything you could wish for was made with cooking expertise, love and smiles. The couple Tom and JulieAnne went above and beyond making my stay perfect, helping me with my car that did not want to perform as it should, took me to dinner and brought me back home. I was always asked if I needed anything , or if a cold drink at the pool was welcomed. The garden with playing areas is beautiful and the outdoor dining appreciated. The room with AC was modern and the bed had a wonderful mattress. - I can totally recommend the “Villa” and hope to come back soon.

John and JulieAnne are phenomenal. They're very experienced in hospitality, and it shows. They give you very personalized service - better than mom ever could. What do you want for breakfast? Whatever you could imagine! The place is gorgeous. The location is quiet, but with easy access to downtown Westerly.

We were surprised by the $30/night mandatory amenity fee on top of the room charge and taxes, especially as the pool and outdoor jacuzzi weren't available - unless you wanted to take a polar bear plunge in the pool. It's the first time I've run into this at a bnb and seems the owner is cashing in on the mandatory amenity fee trend at hotels.

We stayed in the Rosa room, which has its own entrance and was quiet and private. The room was a little dated, but nice and clean. Bed and linens very comfy and plenty of towels already in the room. Breakfast options each day included one special, choice of bacon/sausage, eggs, granola / yogurt/ fruit, various toasts. Frig with beer, hard seltzers, and soft drinks always available and room frig was stocked with water. The innkeepers were great.

It was a wonderful quiet relaxing retreat. The hostess was very warm and welcoming. It is very clean, and the breakfast was fantastic.

It was strange when we entered our room, The Positano. We noticed that in this big room, there was little furniture, such as a coffee table and end tables. We had no place to put anything. When I returned home and looked at the room's original picture, all the furniture was in place including a coffee table for the couch. What happened to it? Further, on Booking.com where this picture was, btw...it mentioned the beach was a quarter of a mile away. This may have been true, but for us, the beach was almost two miles away. I thought we could walk to the beach; I was wrong. In both cases, the missing furniture and the misinformation about the beach was disappointing. For the money we paid, it just wasn't worth it.

The breakfast and location was good and convenient. Chris was nice enough to give us a beach pass.
