The room was not well maintained and a little bit grubby. We also thought the daily parking charge of $25 was very steep, and some of the front desk staff weren’t the friendliest or most helpful. The air conditioning unit was also fighting for its life and not very powerful.

It’s a really good location, and the room was absolutely huge. We loved the morning doughnuts and complimentary popcorn and drinks.

Its such a cool place really well done. Very clean staff was so sweet. Crystal was awesome. The only downside fall they have no cable you have to supply your on service. They do have utube. Other than that it was perfect for a quick trip for the night.

Its definitely an older building, so it has the aroma of an older building. Just bring a glade plug in or can of febreeze and you'll be fine. Still worth the stay

Pay attention that parking isn’t free. The is no microwave in the room. The sink isn’t in the bathroom but is in the bedroom/kitchen table and water was collecting in it. There is no tub, but standing shower.

The idea of the hotel Is cool and ads fun. The stuff is super friendly and helpful.

Do know there is no elevator, so if you are staying on the top floor you do have to climb exterior stairs. Not a huge negative, just need to know this. Also a bit noisy from parking lot in the morning.

The facility is older and has had better days that being said it had a smell of dampness hopefully not mold.

I liked the location and its convenience to historic downtown Savannah very walkable to restaurants shops Franklin Square and even the waterfront if you’re an active bunch. That way you’ll be able to walk off those donuts and moonpies! Mini fridge, strong shower and comfy bed important items for me were all we needed and they provided that.

There was a $25 parking fee that was not communicated at the time I booked. I arrived early as did several other patrons. Even though, as I waited in the hot parking lot, I observed the rooms being fully ready, the agents on duty made us all wait to get keys until the actual check in time, despite the sppearance of him not being busy with other tasks while we waited. This resulted in further delays on check in, since there were several of us waiting to check in when the minute hands hit the hour. I was disappointed at the lack of customer concern exhibited by the agent on duty. The ladies on duty later that evening were much more sensitive to our needs.

Breakfast was donuts and juice. Tasty but not ideal for a pre-diabetic.
