    We liked everything

Very quiet place, charming old house with all renovations that make it comfortable. Views from the property are lovely. The room was very clean with plenty of space and light. Kim is a great host and an amazing cook, she took care of us and gave good advice about visiting trails, museums and towns. Will not forget her pancakes!!!

The host was wonderful, so warm and friendly! The breakast was exceptional. The porch was a nice place for a glass of wine in the evening or a coffee in the morning. We are looking forward to another visit in the near future!

Nothing, could not have been a more perfect place to stay.

Host was very accommodating, and everything was well done and thought out for our comfort. Beautiful country setting to come back to after going into Watkins Glen and visiting wineries. This was a family trip and everyone just loved the place, they compared it to staying at grandmas house. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely go back and am looking forward to our future stay.

One small concern - breakfast at 9 am was a little late for getting an early start sightseeing, especially during hot summer days when mornings are cooler.

Hosts were both great, breakfasts were outstanding, accommodations were clean and comfortable. We would stay again and will on our next trip there.

This is a cozy, clean, friendly place run by experienced, genial people. The room and bath (private) were clean and well appointed with chocolates on the pillow, soap, shampoo and conditioner and plenty of generously sized fluffy towels. I only had one breakfast (caused by my schedule, not the owners'), but the breakfast alone was worth the price of admission. Delicious blueberry cheesecake stuffed french toast, generous serving of thick-cut bacon, fresh fruit, juice, tea, coffee available for beverages. These folks know what they're doing and do it well.

Breakfast was amazing and Kim was always very thoughtful about asking each one if they had any preference or special requests. Location was peaceful and we enjoyed hiking around her property each day with the anticipation of seeing deer along the way. The campfires were the perfect way to wrap of the end of our perfect day.

Dining choices in the area were not what we had hoped for--too much quantity over quality without a lot of healthy choices. Perhaps not so bad if you are into visiting the many wineries in the vicinity, but that was not our thing.

Very comfortable and homey facility with friendly and knowledgeable hosts. We appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail that was paid to converting an old barn into a B&B. The room was comfortable and well appointed with good sound-proofing.

    Can't complain about anything

The farm is just stunning, such a beautiful and peaceful place, we were so sad we had to leave to continue our trip.. The rooms are extremely cozy and the beds super comfortable. Kim and Rob were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious both days that we stayed and having it while getting to know other guests was special.

The tree farm was a cozy and peaceful place to stay. We hiked the property and enjoyed the woods. The front porch was a great place to start and finish each day. Breakfasts were amazing. Coffee and tea were available all day long. If you picked up some wine or beer in the area, the hutch had everything you needed to open and enjoy.

We had a delicious home cooked breakfast everyday. The hostess paid close attention to our preferences. There was fresh coffee every morning along with fresh juice. And there were brownies as well. The hostess /owner was extremely friendly, informative and helpful as we were quite unfamiliar with the area.

The bathroom was small and could have used more racks for hanging towels.

Location was great. Loved that it was located on many acres so it was peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed sitting on the comfortable chairs on the porch with a view of nature. So close to everything but yet secluded. Breakfast was excellent and Kim, the owner, was helpful and very friendly.

The mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but I do also know the place is under renovations so this could quickly change!

Such a homey, comforting place to stay. Kim is such a generous and kind host who takes incredible effort to ensure each guest has everything they need. She accommodated my celiac dietary restrictions with only hours notice, which is something even top selling restaurants can’t do. Kim makes each guest feel valued, unique, and important. Along with all of this, the Tree Farm B&B has an amazing property to explore and enjoy.
