There was truly nothing I didn't like about this property and I believe it's the finest unit away from home that I've ever rented

The listing offered early check-in and WiFi for $10 extra. That was news to the host and they said they would contact Booking.com to have it removed. WiFi was available at no extra charge but early check-in was not an option for our stay. In the end, we didn't need it so it wasn't a problem. Just noting this in case the listing has not been corrected.

Quiet neighborhood and free on street parking. My daughter lives in Southeast Portland and it is hard to find lodging in that area of Portland. The Secret Garden was perfect. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We were only there one night but the kitchenette has everything you would need for a longer stay and the host provides coffee and tea.

Our stay was at the end of June. We were greeted outside by the friendly cohost, Mary. The property was right off of the street, easy to access, beautiful and quiet. Kitchenette and apartment were clean and adequately stocked. Bed was comfortable. We had plans downtown and it was a short, easy to navigate drive. I would definitely stay there again.

We didn't like that we had to leave!

It was quiet, clean, comfy, with a cozy gas fireplace and a very comfortable bed! Our hostess, Mary, was super kind and helpful and generous!

Streaming TV was a bit confusing...mostly due to my lack of knowledge of the service provided. It took a night to figure out maintaining a comfortable sleeping temp since no thermostatic control.

Cleanliness was top notch. Immaculate. Everything in its logical place. All supplies you need and nothing you don't. Bed was good. Towels and shower were awesome. Location great. Access easy and safe. Fireplace a nice luxury.

The area was quiet and the garden was beautiful. I had the pleasure of seeing a hummingbird, squirrel and a very friendly orange cat as a bonus! The back swing was also very comfortable to use. It was very easy to get around within the area. The hosts were wonderful and the space inside was pristine. I loved how things were labelled and there were clear instructions for check out as well as usage of items during my stay. It was a blessing to have this be my home away from home for the 5 nights while I was back in Portland again. I would absolutely stay here again!

My stay was absolutely amazing. The place was exceptionally clean, well-kept, and comfortable. It was very spacious and located within driving and walking distance to my attractions. I highly recommend this rental and plan to stay again in the future. The hosts were very friendly and punctual with their responses. All of the stars to them!

Everything. The property was adorable. The host was wonderful. The communication was exceptional...down to a text, right before my arrival, telling me that they have lit the entrance and started the fireplace for me. Spacious, comfortable, s4ocked appropriately! I will be returning in a few weeks.
