We didn’t have enough kitchen equipment for all of us which made it difficult at meal times but the staff provided us with extra so was fine by day 2.

The hotel is in a fantastic location near a stunning beach. We had use of beach equipment and bikes which was fantastic, we rode to Venice beach all along the coast it was wonderful. Plenty of shops/bars and restaurants in walking distance and a bus stop outside which can take you further if needed for just $2 each.

Apartment was not very clean, dust on shelves and within the first few hours the toilet needed to be fixed. The kitchen appliances were old, we could not use pots or pans and there is no electric kettle.

The location was excellent. Right across the street from a small market and a short walk to the beach. You can see the water from just outside. Parking was sufficient.

Rooms are very modest -- hard to wrap your brain around the price of a basic beach hotel these days -- stained carpeting, just OK bathroom. Obviously you're paying for location, not facilities. Balcony over busy street.

Ocean view! Exceptional staff and loans of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, bikes, even toys & basketballs. Staff said pool is heated year-round, definitely a nice feature.

Old, creeky, you can hear all the people on top floor, the cleaning staff were so loud in the morning and you can hear everything so I’m guessing very thin doors. Building is in need of a slight remodel it was on the older side when you look at the details but overall a decent place right by the beach.

I loved the location , the beach my decor, the bed was very comfy, nice shower, friendly staff.

The Sea View is a great option in Manhattan Beach. Close to the ocean and downtown, it’s got a great location and clean, comfortable rooms. They offer bicycles and beach gear - you can see the beach from many of the rooms

The room door didn’t lock really great from outside the room. It would have been nice to lock the deadbolt from outside. It was hard to get hot water from the sink.

The location was good, close to Roscans, and about a mile to Manhattan Beach pier area. Views from room to the beach were good and liked the small balcony. The shower and good hot water.

The extremely low water pressure in the shower was the only thing that was bad about this place, and that you had to pay $25 a night to park your vehicle in their parking spots.

The location and proximity to the beach was amazing, the neighborhood felt safe and had little restaurants and a small market across the street. The voew was amazing!!!!

Easy to walk everywhere, excellent location with access to beach, 15 minutes from LAX. The staff were lovely. We had access to free bikes, beach needs and pool, but unfortunately weather did not let us make use of the above.

The staff was absolutely incredible! Front desk was so friendly and gave great guidance. Helped us take out some bikes on the bike trail and everything. Rooms were clean, super close to the beach!

I think they should get the blinds of the plantation blinds fixed. There was only three and there should've been four to completely make it private so you can run around and not feel like somebody's watching you for that kind of money you wouldn't expect to see that.

I like that it was close to ponchos and dining facilities. I'm not happy that the blinds didn't all cover a private space and when you pay so much per night.

One of the bedrooms was kind of tight with the beds up against each wall. But the beds were very comfortable!

My room was quiet but a little too dark for me, the windows were not clean and not really enough natural light. I stayed 4 nights but felt a bit low with the room lacking enough natural light in that particular room.

All the staff including the cleaning staff were AMAZING. They all go out of their way to accommodate each and every guest with their needs. I read the reviews but until you experience how wonderful they are, it was so lovely to experience this myself. The pool was so clean and always access to clean pool towels and equipment. I asked so many questions and they were so helpful about the area.

Both window & patio door blinds were not functioning well ... a maintenance problem! Important as our room was ground floor & window facing the street!

There are multiple apartments, make sure you get the top one with the terace and oceanview. Limited breakfast options, but there is a kitchen in the appartment.

In walking distance from the beach and 20 mins by taxi from the airport - we used it both after and before the transatlantic flights from LAX to have a good sleep and some rest.
