- Weather and pool conditions: It was raining when we arrived, and the pools were neither heated nor properly maintained. It got better after 2 days. - Hotel atmosphere and occupancy: The hotel felt lifeless and eerily quiet. Only half the rooms were operational, with the remaining section closed for pending renovations. - Restaurant experience: We previously enjoyed dining at their restaurant for lunch, but it has completely deteriorated. What was once a proper restaurant is now essentially an overpriced snack bar—we paid over $100 for two mediocre sandwiches, one cocktail, and sparkling water. Extremely disappointing. - Room quality vs. price: While our ocean-view room was spacious, it cost $500 per night—their most expensive option. However, the bathroom lacked adequate storage for toiletries, and the coffee machine only made short espressos. I had to request a kettle separately. - View concerns: The ocean and pool view was underwhelming. Despite being able to see the water, our sightline also included unsightly trash bins behind the building near the pool area. Some landscaping or screening could have easily concealed this eyesore. - Maintenance issues: One of the French doors had a hole in the window frame that allowed wind to blow through the room. - Breakfast: We skipped breakfast due to poor options and excessive pricing.

The hotel was beautiful. I got the suite which was more expensive but the two beautiful balconies and seating area made my stay much more enjoyable. Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable. All the pillows seemed old and hard. The bed was so loud and creaky. Even to sit on it made so much noise so you can imagine the disturbance it caused to have adult activities take place while others were sleeping. It sounded like it was going to fall apart. I was horrified at all the racket. The construction in the morning was insanely loud. It sounded like they were sanding the room above with an industrial sander at 9am. This gave me a migraine the rest of the day. The bathroom had no where to put any of your supplies and everything basically had to be put on the ground in the shower. The pedestal sink had a few inches of space. So although there was a lot of empty space around, it was not functional and there was no where to get ready and put make up and hair supplies.

The hotel was in an excellent location, absolutely perfect. The beach seating was close and gorgeous. The pool was amazing.

The bed was small, but totally fine!

Everything was perfect! It was very clean, the pool was great, the beach was amazing (with the possibility to get a chair for free at the beach, which we loved), the breakfast (not included) was great! It wasn’t loud at all (as others wrote in the ratings). We loved the hotel!

The experience was somewhat let down by a couple of things. Firstly there was huge maintenance work going on, which is fair. It was a bit more disappointing that house keeping was very sloppy. It wasn't dirty per se, but the rooms lacked a feeling of being completely cleaned.

The location is wonderful for a family or anyone who wants to enjoy a calmer South Beach experience, without losing out on anything. The beach service is also excellent and exceeded our expectations. Good sized rooms and an overall nice hotel.

- May have been in T&C's but they take a $150 deposit per night upfront. Wasn't aware of this so was charged the max given length of stay ($500) - Lift, passage and room all had a strange damp smell - Super slow service when sitting at the beach - Noisy (could hear the entire conversation and toilet flushing of neighboring room) - Missing some basic room features (like no full length mirror / only one small bathroom mirror and no plug points by bed) - Slight safety concerns (was put in a room with interleading door with no ability to lock the door from the inside and lift had no security feature so anyone could walk from road into hotel rooms)

- Can walk straight onto the beach and close to anywhere else you need to get to - Decent size room - Relaxing pool area

The property is tired, as well as the rooms. The outdoor patio/pool area isn’t well maintained. The rooms were clean but tired.

The Wi-Fi went out about three times during my stay there. Also, on the last two nights I was in a room on the first floor and that was my first time on the first floor. I realize that you can hear people above you walking and it sounds pretty loud and can be disturbing.

Location, hotel, staff, decor. I was also appreciative that the staff was able to accommodate me and add two more nights to my stay. This is one of my favorite places to stay when coming to Miami.

The facilities were not as great as it seemed. The room was okay, but had to ask for extra bedding because there was no duvet on the bed. The gym was small. There weren’t signs anywhere to tell you where things were at. Felt like an overpriced AirBnB. There was a lot of construction going on as well on the hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. Pool areas were very nice….Pool drinks and service were great. I forgot to leave a tip for the room cleaner. I have been unsuccessful so far in getting info from the hotel on how to send the money (room 129).
