The worst we can say is the exterior railings needed a little cleaning.

Unique venue, beautiful gardens, excellent breakfast freshly served scrambled eggs, bacon, 2 pancakes & dish of 6 fruits , very comfortable large room with personal key codes to enter. Shuttle service to AT&T Stadium MAJOR BONUS, super friendly staff. Van Anderson (the van driver) made pick up / drop off easy & fun! Don’t know the front desk lady’s name, maybe the owner, but she was super gracious & friendly

In the room I stayed in there were no power outlets next to the bed so it was difficult to charge the phone and have it next to the bed. However this is a no issue really but would have been nice.

I liked everything with the place. In particular the staff, they were really helpful and very accommodating and kind.

The old bed was crickety but that just ads to the old fee.

Great place to stay. Room was nice. Loved the antique feel of the place. Good shower. The included breakfast was delicious. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Honestly, the bathroom needs a little attention on shower grout, place for soap and shampoo in the shower, shower head is loose but otherwise quite lovely.

Food was delightful. Charming hosts. Little kitchenette helped immensely, w nice size mini fridge, since we were local staying while our house was re-roofed. Our pups loved the garden spaces.

There were area in the room that could use a touch of updating, especially in living area (couches and chairs) but enjoyed it in spite of. The bedroom lightning was a bit dim for my taste but we managed.

The property was nice and quaint...the staff was helpful and accommodating. Faith was amazing during breakfast! The jacuzzi was JUST what I needed, even though I was there for the Woman Evolve conference. I absolutely devoted time to enjoying breakfast and soaking!

You have to get high speed internet for guests like from Frontier fiber optic or similar, especially if you want to attract the younger couples. This is the only reason I did not rate Sanford suite the overall 10 above.

1-Extra-large spa bathtub plus two very comfortable bathrobes for us to use. 2. Large size & interior decor of suite room and the cookies were an especially nice touch. 3. Excellent breakfast with a menu that changed daily, and we especially liked the fruit with breakfast. 4. Security of property. 5. Quiet private atmosphere & parking outside front door of suite with a security gate.

TV's a big problem! We struggled with it and had staff come twice. Showers/big tub need grab bars [slippery]! Coffee pot instructions were so complicated, didn't want to try it! Restaurant elaborate & nice, but value not there!

Bfast was good, but it was pretty much a fixed menu. The bacon and orange juice were great!

I was expecting a special breakfast, perhaps mistakenly considering this a B & B. The plain pancakes were flatter than the ones I make at home, and there was only one small strip of bacon. At least the scrambled eggs weren’t powdered. The croissants were very dense and not at all crispy, like they came off the shelf at the local grocery store instead of from a bakery.

The facility and the grounds are beautiful. Our room had a gas fireplace which we used and really enjoyed. Along with that, the bed and linens were so comfy that we were reluctant to leave the room. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

One tiny thing is the phone, at the Riveria. I don't ever use it, but it's still missing a power cable/power adapter. Perhaps it is hidden.

This is my favorite place to go. The spa tub is excellent. The room is always clean. The environment is one of the main reasons I love it. The Riveria has a tiny neighborhood and you can park your car in a single car driveway. My gosh the beds!. The blanket underneath the bed sheets with a similar bed covers. 💙 it.

Everything was wonderful. If there is one thing that could be upgraded, it would be the bathroom floor/tile in the Brahms suite. It appears outdated and could use some work. Everything else was superior!

Breakfast was exceptional and the property was beautiful. Location was perfect for attending the Cowboys game and the van ride to and from the stadium was perfect.
