United StatesRooms could have been cleaner and our air conditioner didn’t really keep our room cold especially since it was in the 90’s when we stayed.
Pool was very nice staff was super friendly other guest were friendly. The walk was close to the boardwalk just not near any of the noise. My daughter forgot her dress and they called and told us and held it so we could stop back later to pick it up.

United StatesIf you just want a place to lay your head like me and don't care about anything else, this is a good place. Location is great with a short 3-5 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Facilities can use a massive overhaul though. Staff was nice. Again,don't expect anything amazing. You can expect to have a bed and a room and if that is all you want, this is good. Outside of that I'd listen to the other reviews about the facilities and lack of any amenities.

United StatesThe rooms had spring beds, and the drop ceiling was open; the bathroom was so uncomfortable. when we arrived at the facility, no one was at the reception. We had to call several times to get inside the property and check in. Same thing with checkout.

United StatesThe property needs extensive remodeling. I had to hang beach towels on two of the windows because there were not enough curtains to cover all of them. The pool water was below the skimmer which made me question the quality of the filtration and disinfection system. Another guest was displeased with their room because it smelled like wet dog and urine! Unfortunately, upon entering their room I can confirm that it had a foul odor!
The location was good. The person at the front desk was pleasant. Short walk to the beach. The room had no foul odors. The sheets were clean.

United StatesThe place was dirty with black mold in the cabinets. The bed was not queen beds they were full-size beds. The ceiling was coming down when you walked in. The beds smelled the bathroom, which was filthy. We didn't even stay . We got a different hotel, and they kept our $800. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone to stay.

United StatesWhen we first arrived, the floors were still slightly wet from being wiped/mopped - not an issue at least they cleaned the floors. However wet floors and dirty shoes create a mess. My oldest went to the front office to ask for some cleaner/paper towel to wipe it up and for some shower towels as there were none in the room. The gentleman from the office then later confronted me and the kids in the parking lot asking what the problem was why we needed cleaner etc. not in a friendly way like “is there an issue I need to fix?” it was a little aggressive/accusatory. We got the suite with a kitchen with the intention of having some of our meals at the hotel (we all know how expensive food is down the shore). Brought in a ton of groceries we couldn’t even cook as the stove/oven did not function at all. Our first night at the hotel my daughter was coming out of the bathroom and one of the drop ceiling tiles fell onto her. Apparently a pipe was leaking and soaked the tile through and it caved. I contacted the office and they said they’d come by in the morning to address the ceiling and the oven but they never came. We ended up putting a bucket on the floor of the bathroom to collect the water for the 2 nights we were there. There are obvious signs of other water damage issues throughout the room. There were NO garbage cans or anywhere to put garbage, which I just think is odd as it is a standard thing in hotel rooms even if it’s just a tiny one in the bathroom. And lastly, I know this is something that can’t really be helped BUT the parking lot is TINY - people made their “own” parking spaces it seemed like and made maneuvering in and out a little difficult. One night there were no available parking spaces and I ended up having to pay for street parking. Also a common thing at the beach, but not when you’ve paid to stay in a hotel. Luckily it was only a few hours before a space opened up and I was able to park at the hotel and not in a metered space.
