Great staff, lovely room and great location

I didn’t love the lack of parking, the hallway carpet needs to be ripped out. Also it was a holiday weekend and most of their trash cans were very full someone on duty to take them out more often for the holiday would’ve been nice.

I loved the inlet beach access. Love the staff was nice and they recently upgraded their breakfast.

There was some black mold in our shower and it was hard to see past the bushes when pulling out of the property onto the road.

Loved the dock and being on the water. It was beautiful. next time we’ll have to get a room with a balcony! The breakfast was awesome, everything tasted good.

Room 318 had a previous leak in the ceiling it appeared and paint was peeling off possible mold ..Also the wash cloths were very dingy as if not washed with bleach..also the hallways had carpeting the could use a good cleaning

My room was comfortable, the bed was great to my liking. The floor could have been swept and mopped better. Although this property is on the beach, a better job could have been done.

Needs a little updating specifically bathroom shower had moldy areas and sliding glass door to balcony would get stuck.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location is perfect.

It was an older, outdated hotel for the price. They are charging for the beachfront they advertise, which is basically a boat dock.But overall, it was not a negative experience.

The location was nice. The beach isn't your traditional beach, was a very small area in a boat dock.But it was sand and water nonetheless if you're not that particular.

The 1st morning, the cover was broken that covered the eggs. It was trying to be used broken. Tin foil could have been laid there instead. The 2nd day, the cover was taped. It worked better, but it was blue painter's tape. Ridiculous. At least we overheard that the replacement was on order. I didn't like that Room Service had been on our room, took our used towels, BUT hadn't replaced any of them! There was also a stained, worn out, Funky chair in our room, plus it was way too low! The bathroom trash can was all the way under the sink and hard to reach. Oh, and the Safety Rail to help get in and out of the pool was WIGGLY! There was only 1 bar stool at the bar by the pool and the seat was split along the side. I live in Florida and it seems NOW is the time to tend to all of these issues, before Snow Bird Season arrives! With my dealings with Snow Birds, they can be, well, I'll say "Not nice".

The new breakfast was a nice surprise! We stayed 2 nights and were surprised to see the choices were switched up! The pool was clean and refreshing. We love the location because we can walk to a nearby bar and not worry about driving! We'll be back.

Floors in the room were so handy that we were tracking dirt into bed....could feel the dirt in the bed and on floor. Air condtioner was loud. Beach water fishy could not swim in it and pool was constantly packed w kids, never got to swim in it because of crowd

The bed omg. Was murder Woke up every morning with a back pain Felt like sleeping in bricks Also if you wanted to get busy the bed Squeaked very loudly.

The beach. The pier The staff. The lady on the 3:00 shift was so helpful and friendly. The next morning the lady at the front desk was very sweet

The pool is not big, though the location is nice, in front of the harbor. Some guys had there already more then one adult beverages, and was there making party. The beach is small but lovely. The Housekeeping could be a bit more attentive, no Soap in the dispenser in the shower, the carpets in the halls, could be washed, in one room the blow-dryer was missing

Breakfast was complimentary, the Location was nice, the Personal was super friendly. The Rooms were clean, AC was perfect working. Parking was also available. There should be coffee and Tea available 24 Hours, at 6pm, it wasnt... but who is drinking Coffee at this time, isnt it :-)
