The dishes should be sanitized by the company and not by the guest, because their not professionals. There shouldn't be a sign that says if you don't wash the dishes they are going to charge you $25.

For as much as you charge for the rooms each night - you could at least spend some money on working shower heads and shower liners that are a little sturdier than paper tissue. Also, we were kept up all night and woken up early morning from a child running back and forth above our room.

Location. Everything was within easy walking distance. Which was a bonus.

I loved the balcony, but on the first floor while sitting in the patio chair, I couldn’t see over the railing to view the ocean. A high top table and chairs might work better for a view

I loved everything. The parking could be a little tight, but luckily it wasn't busy while we were there so it wasn't an issue. I loved that we could walk to restaurants, the coffee shop nearby, the pier, and other places nearby. The only thing that could have been better was the bed. It was a little too hard for us. Otherwise, we had a great vacation!!!!

Everything was perfect

The location was perfect. Our event was 5 minutes away. Very quiet and very clean. Everything else was perfectly located and we loved the beach access!!

the hot water was taking a very long time to get hot which we found out later that a breaker had been tripped and they fixed it Saturday morning then we got there on Friday night so that was why the water was taken forever. the room also smelled musty but I think it was probably because it had been kind of shut up and not used in a while because even the door was stuck to get out on the balcony. it also smelled wet almost like maybe there had been some water from the storm that had gotten inside of it.

the balcony we had was Ocean view. so we can literally walk out our door we had a private balcony and we could look at the pier we could look at the waves the moonlight it was just very romantic and very beautiful. the beds were very comfortable. we like that it had a full kitchen in it even though we didn't use it I thought it was really cool if we wanted to use it we would have it to do. the staff was very friendly and very helpful. it was our anniversary and they actually put balloons in a card in our room that said happy anniversary which was very sweet and very thoughtful.

Room had an odor, something In the bathroom.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We asked for a different room (oceanfront) when we arrived, and they gladly changed it. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, appliances, and dishes. Patio had table and chairs which were nice. Abundance of toiletries so we did not run out and have to ask for more.

Usually in motel rooms there was kleenex. None in this one.

The Sand Dunes Morel was in a great location. We parked our car when we arrived and moved it the day we left. Everything we needed was close by. And we were close to a variety of different foods. And I found a place to buy a Latte..

Bed was too soft and squishy for my liking.

Great location near the pier and walking distances to restaurants and store. Rooms were nice and clean with a balcony. Easy access to beach and pool was nice.

I booked a room with a kitchen but got a room with 2 queen beds and no kitchen. When I asked them about it I was told that’s bookings problem not their problem. No ice machines had to buy a bag of ice twice

Hot water took a while early in the morning. No elevator so climbing steps but good exercise.

Amazingly quiet structure. Very large ocean front room with large bathroom, many towels. Friendly staff, near restaurants and pier.
