We arrived earlier than expected. So we checked out the beautiful property, grabbed a couple of iced teas in the Ruby Bar (very cool!) and played a couple of games while waiting for our room. King Suite was lovely, as was the River View from our patio. Very clean, modern rooms with large showers and bath robes (always a nice plus). We hit the Ruby Bar later that night after our afternoon plans. Great atmosphere with live music that is not overpowering. I recommend the Old Fashioned. 😉

Beds were kinda small for two people per bed. No bathtubs.

Rooms are spacious and quiet. Bedding was clean, the windows were huge, the balcony was nice. Ac was amazingly cold!

Parking should change because outside guests coming to bar use spots that should be for hotel guests only. I had to use a spot quite far from room when returning in evening

I read a review about bed bugs that made me feel a bit anxious. I checked the bed and I found a bug, but I believe it was just a tiny spider. Regardless because I found that spider I got paranoid.

No place to dispose of trash and glasses and plates piled up in the room and nobody would remove them.

The property was gorgeous and atmosphere was fun. This is my new hotel of choice when visiting RoundRock.

The Ruby is an excellent quaint hotel. Loved the view, the room, bar/food and everything was high quality. River view with cranes, ducks, bull frogs, ducks, bats, etc. on the river. Staff was very accommodating and enjoyed my overnight. Recommendation to anyone stating in RR, plus RR Donuts within walking distance.

Kyle was an excellent greeter and proved helpful upon check in. With the cold rainy weather, really wished we would have more than 2 coffee pods. One cup of coffee for each of us hardly got us out the door. Loved the bottle of water and refill options!

Really fantastic place! More than I could have ever expected. The river behind the complex on the balcony was just magical. Staff pays total attention to detail and is truly just best of class in service and hospitality. The barkeeper was really cute too!

There really isn't much I didn't like, if anything or any improvement can be done in the future it's too increase the parking lot size. Aside from that the stay was perfect.

The scenery and the cleanliness of the rooms were an amazing touch but the best part would've been the outside view of the patio. Having a sight of the beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset really highlited the stay. The food was absolute top tier among the amazing servers that assisted in bringing the good. Everything tasted and looked delicious and will definitely be seeing me again as a future hotel guest again.

Great location in Round Rock on Bushy Creek. Quaint, relaxing w beautiful view, kind staff and nice rooms. A nice bar-patio area. We wanted someplace w a more local feel than a typical chain hotel. We were not disappointed. Our suite had a balcony and we enjoyed the beautiful Feb weather overlooking the water and trees.
